This Goodwill is different than most and that's not a good thing. They don't take returns, even with a receipt. Holds are only for 30 long. Oh, and take all your clothes in your hands since you don't even get a bag. This location is ridiculous and super greedy.

I loved that store but recently I had a bad experience, one of the employees aggressively knocked on the dressing room door saying they would be closing in a few minutes and stood there waiting for me to leave the dressing room until I left, then when I went to the register the cashier did not want to accept the cents I gave her so she would give me back the full bills, it was very annoying

Ridiculous pricing that actually made me laugh out loud. Old shoes with cracked leather peeling away for $20, broken and stained home decor for $10. Found a light spring jacket I liked and left it at the checkout when I heard the total was $21.. will never be back. Whoever is pricing needs to get a clue.

They don't test there items and then overpriced it with me not knowing if they work or not. I was new to goodwill so I didn't realize there was a no refund policy for electronics. When I asked for a refund they denied it. 1 star

Greedwill is what this place should be called. Not only are prices higher than ever & they keep going up. Every year they take away more & more perks. A while ago they took away the bounce back 20% off coupon. Did not announce the change. I had to call & ask. Today they took away the 25% off once a month customer appreciation discount. Did not announce change. Instead we got buy 3 pieces of clothing get 1 free. Which is lame. Not everyone is gonna want to buy clothes. If u buy hard goods...then no deal for u. I bet anything that soon we'll get that taken away too.
Everytime I go it's becoming more & more of a disappointment. If it wasn't for the fact that they are the only place in town that gets decent donations...I would never go.
The 1 saving grace of this place is the workers. Marissa & Julie to be exact. They're super friendly & nice. Hard workers and always helpful.

Their prices are a bit high imo but still worth checking. Got some size 14 shoes for my son and some jeans shorts for my daughter and a nice belt. Pretty cheap brand new socks too.

Absolutely inappropriate, privacy violating, borderline violent behavior by management!
It triggered an anxiety attack in my daughter as we were leaving!
My adult daughter and I were sharing a dressing room, taking turns entertaining her toddler with children’s books which we were purchasing.
As I was exiting to put some things up which didn’t fit, I squeezed through the door to give my daughter privacy, since she was still trying things on, holding the door closed with my elbow.
Suddenly, a random woman grabbed the door and yanked it open! She never said who she was or that she worked for the store.
While I stood there in shock at her aggressive behavior and the pain in my elbow, which she had hit with the door as she pulled on it, she proceeded to lecture us about having a cart in the dressing room.
She seemed angry that we hadn’t read the sign on the door about not taking carts into dressing rooms. And that, in the cart, we had taken the books, puzzles, and other items we were planning to purchase into the dressing rooms with us.
Clearly this woman has never had the pleasure of trying to try on clothes with a toddler!
Either way, as an employee interacting with customers and a representative of the Goodwill brand, her actions were inexcusable and she should be reprimanded and retrained immediately!

Female manager was physically rough, condescending, and pushy. Yanked the changing room door open, said the policy does not allow for over 10 items, including books, to be in a dressing room, and the cart, which held my baby, wasn't allowed either. Never will return, caused an anxiety attack on my part.

I have an online vintage store. I spend a LOT of time in thrift stores. I live closest to the Sheboygan, WI location. It is my least favorite. I'm always disappointed. It's been over 8 months since I stopped. I went today since I was in the area & had some extra time. The store is filthy and disorganized compared to West Bend, Fondi, Manitowoc, Grafton and Menasha. The other thing that is really annoying is there are lamps that have the original shades. Instead of keeping them together, they ate priced SEPARATELY!! I brought one of these to the check out & mentioned thus was being done. The lady mumbled something & charged me for both pieces. Also they do not do set prices on sets of 12 pieces or more of dishes. The other locations I mentioned all do set pricing which brings the costs down significantly on dishes. They also keep the matching shades with the lamps when available. I'm done going to the Sheboygan location. I'd rather drive & go to any other location!!

Plenty of parking. The store is clean and very organized. Lots of name brand clothes. Many clothes had original tags. Decent prices. The check out was quick when I went but I did go on a weekday versus a weekend. Friendly staff. No wait for the fitting room. Lots and lots of shoes. I'd definitely go back here!

I made a donation on a Sunday morning because I had to get the stuff out of my vehicle so I could load it again for another drop off and Goodwill is the only thrift store around that is open on Sunday. The guy "helping" take donations had a very poor attitude the entire time my husband and I unloaded everything. He kept making faces when we put the items in the bin so I asked if they accept those items, he said "I guess they will". For a business that makes profit off donations, they seem to be very picky about what they accept. I won't be donating there anymore. I will donate to other places that actually help their workers and the community. I DO NOT recommend donating or shopping at Goodwill.
