Stephanie Noel was and always has been a very professional and educated massage therapist. She asks about what is bothering you prior to the session and Stephanie gives ideas along the way so that between sessions you are able to maintain flexibility in those sore muscles. If you are looking for a great massage Stephanie Noel is your girl! I have referred many clients of my own to her and they are all thrilled at how they feel when they are done. Groove Salon is very lucky to have Stephanie aboard!

The owner Lisa is terrible very outdated in her services and destroyed my hair. Overheard her complaining about her other clients while I was at the shampoo bowl, just an overall unpleasant person. Save your money go else where.

Groove Salon... I brought my 10 yr old daughter here for a cut & colored highlights as a treat, on a Saturday @ 8:00 a.m. She's a trooper, after almost 4 hours of chair time & $140 (& a $60 tip) later we parted ways with special shampoo samples to retain the color. After 1 week & 3 hair washings the coler is dull & almost non existant. Not even 1 week from when we left the shop (about 10:30 a.m.) the following Saturday my daughter & I returned to ask why the color didn't take/hold? 5-10 munites standing @ the reception area (you know where you're greeted & welcomed to an establishment) we weren't even acknowledged as being there. Now, maybe if u have a long standing relationship with this salon, you're treated as an easier target or what have you, but as a new or 1 time client/costomer/consumer I feel you're going to get robbed, do yourself a favor, donate what ever you would've spent @ Groove Salon to the hungry or children.

I have been going here to get my hair done for a few months now and love it. My stylist is great, takes her time and works with me to give me exactly the color and highlights that I want. Having super fine hair it is harder to work with and I always come out looking great , thanks to Kendra.

Just finished up at Groove Salon for a free deep conditioning mask for my hair and let me tell y’all, I’m HOOKED!!! Kendra was amazing and answered ALL my questions plus, put products in my hair that would be beneficial for it and I cannot believe the products they carry. They are so light weight and do WeRk!!! My curly hair is so curly and not crunchy from mousse like usual; it’s miraculous!!! Ahhhh I’m so so excited I finally found stuff I like and a salon I enjoyed going to!!!

I took my 15 year old daughter in to Groove Salon to have her hair "fixed" after she colored it several times on her own. She had a vision of what she wanted. Danielle was amazing the way she listened to my daughter and treated her like an adult, truly listened to what my daughter wanted and didn't judge the coloring she had done herself. My daughter left the salon smiling and happy. She said Danielle was awesome (they did spend 3 hours together for this hair creation!) Thank you Groove Salon!

I've been coming to Groove Salon for years and have always left with my hair expectations exceeded! Whether it's maintaining my blonde tones or going for some vibrant colors, Caitlin has always been able to achieve the look I'm going for. I'm constantly asked “who does your hair,†and I believe that as a walking advertisement for Groove Salon the quality of their work really shows! Not only do they have their heart into their work, but the atmosphere is wonderful as well. I'm always eagerly waiting for my next appointment, and couldn't imagine going anywhere else to achieve my hair dreams!

I have been going to Groove Salon for several years, and I have never been even mildly dissatisfied with my results. Caitlin is literally a hidden gem here in Sheboygan. I have never had more compliments on anything than I get when she does my hair. Especially considering I typically go for the mermaid/unicorn hair. Deep blue. Bright purple. The dimension she puts into these colors is nothing short of genius. I highly, highly recommend Groove and specifically Caitlin for any hair needs!

Destroyed my hair. I mean nightmare destroyed cross between a troll doll hair and JoeDirt style but not even that nice. ? I went in with a bad color brown and the process to remove color to Platinum for gray is quite LONG and expensive. I knew this. My only requirements was to have toners so I wouldn’t be left horrible yellow or crazy orange. I was terrified of any salon and she assured me she was the one. I expressed how concerned and scared I was and she made me feel good enough to go for it and I trusted her besides that she is a beautiful little thing who obviously does her own hair this way so I relaxed and let her over and over for about a year but never was able to accomplish what the goal was, even left with hair green and blue prior to a gig. I cried. Not any point was I rude and I tipped very well each visit. I spentALOT OF $. ALOT, and the last time I was in there my hair and my scalp was so badly burned it was months before I could have it touched again for a pH wrap or a conditioning treatment . I mean seriously blistered scalp and burned hair breaking off to only an inch here, 6 there......badly falling out scalp *burned* scalpwas red and she kept QUIET, burned , burnt, all the way around except for the very bottom on the under side because we were only doing the top half of my hair leaving the bottom dark . This was my last appointment in there I told her how bad it was hurting and tingling and she laughed with her cute little self telling me “yes yes I know the process we have to go through to achieve this, mine does the same thing we need about 20 minutes yet I’ll be back I’ll check on you” and it was terrible I remained polite and left her because she is the mixologist and the professional but I did expressed to her how uncomfortable and hurt it was again and she rinsed it, I could feel the globs coming out and water killing my head but I couldn’t see it and was kind like always. When she was blowing drying and brushing my hair I could see so many pieces falling out and hitting a floor and on my black hairdressers cape I had on me And in sheer panic however polite I said “im really losing a lot of hair hah it’s breakingoff?” and she “said no your hair is so resilient it’s good it’s really good” but I could see it was several inches shorter and very very thin from that point on I couldn’t even lay on my head it was so badly burned my head Had to be treated and I ended up being really sick by the time I tried calling to get back in there I didn’t want it public or to embarrass her I wanted treatments so that we could stop the breakage Somehow with more pH treatments condition etc. I had tried for the next couple of months to get in and I was being ignored finally I got a message back saying she was no longer seeing me I was not welcome in there and I noticed that she had unfriended and blocked me on Facebook I had tried again to talk to her and to make an appointment to see her so she could take a look at my burn scalp and my hair and give me any suggestions I did not want to badmouth her or risk any business I wanted to remain professional. I swallowed my pride and started wearing wigs and using coconut oil among other things to try to stop the breakage and nothing is helping I am told I literally have to shave my head treat my scalp and let it all grow back my hair was very very long my hair is absolutely destroyed I am now trying to talk to the owner and I get hung up on and nobody calls back I got a callback today only I missed the call and somebody was telling me that she is stressed out working on my hair and has the right to refuse I do NOTever want her to touch my hair no way in hell but I need the owner to see what she has done to me and a local supplier guessed immediately where I was having my hair done at and had told me that there was dozens of like situations Literally guessed and told me who was doing my hair and where it was being done at which point I decided to speak up. Very unprofessional very life-changing very devastating and many of us from what I’m told ?

I, as well as several friends, have had nothing but wonderful service. The girls that work there are artists when it comes to coloring my hair. I trust any of them with my hair, which is alot of trust, we all know how important our hair is:) I would highly recommend any family, friend, co-worker, etc. who needs a makeover or a change to give them a call. You will NOT be disappointed!

My haircut was so short to even style it to a crew cut. Not very accurate to what you want.
