Super slow service and they did not call me back after I tried contacting them 2-3 different times. I had an oil change, tire rotation and an open recall repair (Honda app stated it’s about 2 hours but may vary). I waited until 1pm as they stated it should be done by noon/lunch time. Note that I had an appointment set with them at 7:30am. It is now about 4pm. On the first call, one of the employees tried contacting them at the service center and told me they left them a voicemail and that they would get back to me ASAP. 1 hour later, no call back. So, I called them back and got transferred to the service department. It went to voicemail, which I left a voicemail. No call back for another hour. So it’s been 2 hours now. Finally, I called them at 3:51pm and they had to page them. They finally got a hold of someone that was able to give me an update. Noonish/lunch time ended up being 4pm and I had dropped my car off early in the morning too. What a waste of a day on my day off of work too. SMH!

Just recently purchased a 2017 Honda Cr-v touring. Great service, decent selections of vehicles. Shout outs to MacKenzie, Jimmy, Rosa, and Kyle for being patient and helpful from the purchase! Recommend!

First guy I meet was very attentive,then he made a call to check if I qualified and all when flat like a tier..guess if you don't have atleast 2,000 and a score of 750 or more to put down on a car you can stay home then. I felt the could do more to help me.but I didn't have cash. Or to low score 600

Unprofessional, don't want to hear about your problems, just stop ripping people off! Overpriced for parts and cars. There computer incompetentcy is an understatement. They also belittled an elderly gentleman that works there hope he's not fired.

My brother and his wife bought a brand new 2022 Honda Ridgeline in July 2022. They had to pay $1000 over the MSRP of $42810. Now, 6 months later, his wife wanted to trade it in. They told her it was worth $30000, but because she was a valued and repeat customer, they would give her $32000. I know vehicles lose value as soon as you drive them off the lot, but depreciation of $11810 in 6 months? BEWARE!!! This is how they treat their valued and repeat customers!

Took my Honda here for service. I'm not even sure they performed the work. The service advisor is named Rosa. When I arrived Rosa was doing something on a computer. She proceeded to have me wait for her and then she told me a story about computer servers being moved into the dealership. She quoted me *$300 + shop fees. She refused to provide a carwash. When the payment was due the invoice was *$511. Rosa insisted that the price quoted was $450. After paying **$200 more than Rosa informed me I would be paying when I signed & gave her the car key. Rosa opened up the service Entrance door and had me back my car out of the service bay area. They had the appropriate Exit blocked with other vehicles. Then as I exited through the entrance the door began to close form above. Rosa was able to open the door again though. I'm not coming back to this nonsense. This lack of integrity. This poor character. This bait & switch foolishness. Being rude, emboldened, dishonest, etc. is not sophistication. This is symptomatic of a problem. It deserves nothing other than criticism and rebuke. This is so annoying that I might switch to a local Chevy/ Ford, etc.

Recently had the opportunity to do business with Jordan K at International Honda. He was kind, courteous, and well informed about the vehicle and the process. Unlike most salesmen I’ve run into, he didn’t push the car on me. Rather, he shared information and gave us options. He helped us from start to finish through the purchase, and I’m glad I was able to do business with him. 10/10 would recommend.

We were actually at the Subaru dealership. But it was the best buying experience we've ever had. We could not be happier with the dealership and we could not be happier with the salesman. Travis was very professional and very knowledgeable and really make sure we let everybody know to go see him for their buying experiences. The entire staff but the dealership was outstanding! we will definitely be back for our next buying experience. Thank you Travis!

The service at international Honda is terrible and expensive. I have three Hondas in my garage in other than recall work, I have not gone to the dealer and I avoid it like the plague. My last experience reinforced that. While I was under the impression I needed to go there for an airbag issue, I come to find that I could have done it with my normal mechanic for half the price! That was my mistake. You are much better off sticking with a mechanic you trust as they will bend you over! Never again!
