Rely on my bicycle for transportation. Prices are fair and she knows that I rely on it and will often squeeze me in. Quality work. Sociable and fair owners. Can not praise this shop enough.

Extremely trustworthy. Keeps amazing records. Doesn't Strong arm ya. Very reasonable prices on repairs which is why we go back. Stay away from Wolves, Harkey charges $80 for a standard tune up which kept the brakes squeaky. The lady here at Johnny's is nothing short of the best person in Sheboygan.

I had a problem with a tire I bought there and she immediately started tooling on my bike and exchanged it no questions asked. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I highly recommend Johnnie's

Great local bike shop. I had stopped here last fall for a pump, but stopped there again for a new water bottle and pedals this last weekend for my vintage bike. The owner is always friendly, knowledgeable, customer service exceeds any expectation you have today. After going in, finding both the items I had come for, I left, got back on my bike, riding away, rear tire went flat! Rolled the bike back in, the owner is so nice, she dropped what she was doing, took off the back wheel, found the leak and replaced my tube. Then while putting it back together she noticed I had a broke spoke, so she took the wheel back off, took it all back apart and replaced the spoke! She also checked the internal hub gears were working properly. Just WOW! I didn't spend much money, but I got better customer service than if you spent thousands at a big box store because they simply don't care nor have any true customer service. Not to mention higher quality products, I always try to shop local first and foremost. Sure, you can go to Walmart and save a few bucks on a lower quality product, but don't expect any customer service! I see the same people complaining about no good paying jobs, walking into Walmart and spending their hard earned money, make no mistake, Walmart cares nothing for you or your community. I grew up in a small town with five factories, three of which made products Walmart could have sold and they did try to get Walmart to sell, but instead choose to sell the same product from China, because it was cheaper. As a kid in the late 70's, it was a vibrant little town, town square filled with stores, even a small bike shop like this one here, Walmart came in the early 80's, by the mid 90's all five factories had closed and all the stores in the town are gone, not even a grocery store anymore, there used to be three... My Father must have had a crystal ball in the early 80's, when Walmart's showed up, he stated exactly what would happen and that if people didn't shop local (before shop local was even a term) that Walmart would kill the town, he was right. I have to agree with him still today, because he now says "American's did this to themselves, instead of shopping responsibly, they have chosen to spend their hard earned money on cheap junk from China from big box stores thinking they were saving a buck and then wonder why there are no jobs here so they can make a buck". Johnnies is a great little shop, with much higher quality bikes and parts than you will find at Walmart, I would implore anyone needing a new bike or parts, to shop local first and head down to Johnnies!

I came in and bought $200 worth of services and parts but the bike still had issues that i was not told about leaving the shop. It woudnt shift into 7th, and the handle bars were not alined properly. Im sure these are issues she would have resolved but i decided to take my business to another shop who had orginally inspected the bike before sale. Great bussines. Would recomened if your a daily comuter but not a hardcore cyclist.

Locally owned and operated, the owner took the business over from her Father who opened it originally so it's pretty much an icon in Sheboygan! Very friendly and helpful I go there for something almost weekly. Highly recommend the place!

Very happy with the service and knowledge from the shop owner. I only wish the shop was encouraging mask wearing. The space is so narrow so social distancing is impossible; masks are a must to help keep customers and staff safe.

I’m hoping to buy a bike here than through Amazon or anywhere else. Although I didn’t buy anything, the prices here were much better and I was amazed by the saleswoman. She knew what she was selling to me which I really appreciated. I was mostly impressed by how good of a saleswoman she was, haha! Either way, all the ladies were nice and I hope to get a cruiser bike once they have it in!
