I know it's a busy time of year but the area I was shopping in was a mess. The worst part of the experience was checking out, VERY intrusive. Why was it necessary to provide my drivers license and my social security number? I felt this was asking to much personal information. I should have left my purchases & walked out immediately

First time I been to kohl's since their Jewelry Dept was moved. Was hoping for help finding something but no luck as everything is in the open and low quality. Look elsewhere for things.
