Was in yesterday, around 3am. Never saw a person. I grabbed my jug of water and a donut because the selection on the hot spot was slim to none. Which at 3am is give or take depending on location so fair enough there. If I wanted something that bad I could have asked for something…. But where was anyone? I headed to the checkout with my donut and water and there I stood… 5-6 minutes passed and still no one, then I noticed a self checkout kind of hidden by a rack of something. So of course I went to that. It wouldn’t let me ring up the donut and gave an orange light for an employee to come help… another 5-6 minutes and no one still… I ended up leaving the stuff sit right there and leaving. I drive truck, this is a truck friendly/fuel location. We don’t have time to stand around and wait some days, or to stop somewhere else because we couldn’t get what we needed when we stopped the first time. The store layout doesn’t help. There’s a short aisle that goes across the store between the counter and the rest of the aisles in the store so if someone is at the counter and the staff is stocking they have an obstructed view, however, I walked on the other side to get my water and no one was over there.

Went here to get a quick bite and sign on front door said pork rib sandwich was today's special got one and put yoppings on rang up regular price when I asked the clerk about sign on front door she said rudley no that was yesterday manager standing right behind her didn't say a word but followed me out to change sign.....needs better cashiers and manger

Don't get me wrong, I love kwik-trip and have been frequenting this location for years, but as of late there is ALWAYS two cars on either side of the air pump. I wait forever, and then ultimately am told by employees to fill my tires on the diesel pumps with the semis. Am I supposed to park in the yellow lined box? I always thought you weren't supposed to block those yellow areas... Do employees park in these spots?

Stopped for gas and donuts. We stayed in the hotel next to this Kwik Trip near Sheboygan. Friend service. Very busy for a small KT. The full July Buck Moon could be seen over the station from our room.

It's a nice stop for trucks. Maybe 10 spots if everyone cooperates. Good place to restock the truck. Only problem is the locals are extremely loud

I was trying to put $5 in my tank so I could make it home & my card kept getting declined. I go back to my car & park it in the lot. I wasn’t sure the issue with my card but I also wasn't able to make it home. I am 100% sure I have more than $5. I tried to make some calls, no one answers. A sat for a bit feeling defeated but then Laura came to my door & told me she had prepaid $5 on pump 5 for me! I was speechless & just started crying. That is truly above & beyond. I wish I hugged her. Thank you so much Laura Champeau Byrd from Kwiktrip #139!!

These Kwik Star/Trip stores amaze me. Consistency is beyond most people's abilities to dream of let alone put into practice. The young men that were working here at 9:30 PM on 3-19-24 are second to none. However you train your employees you do a fantastic job, keep it up!
