They were going to fix the seal in the glass, but when they tried removing it, it broke. We had to pay extra because of the new glass but it wasn't their fault.

Andy was a lifesaver. We were just traveling through town on a family vacation and had two chips from highway road work. One was pretty bad and we wanted it taken care of to prevent a full replacement on our trip. I called early and he came to our hotel early and didn't even cut into our day's agenda. Fast, friendly, honest - so grateful!
