I truly appreciate the new leadership, and Hardwork that they are showing. The wash did a fantastic job cleaning up my dirty vehicle. I had a little spot still at the bottom, but other than that the service was amazing. The new site manager gave the best assistance possible I definitely will return from now on for more washes in the future.Services: Scratch removal

I tried Zip's carwash, because of the discounted first month. In the beginning, the carwash was not well cared for, with many vacuums being clogged and various parts of the carwash being broke - if it was open at all. There has been a significant change since Travis began managing the location...the vacuums are all working, there is more than one spray bottle available, the carwash is being fixed and upgraded. I had contemplated leaving Zip's, but Travis' efforts have changed my mind. My only lingering reservation is that the blowers don't dry my vehicle well and the residual water on my vehicle leaves spots. I am so impressed with Travis work ethic, positivity and passion for what he is doing. I hope he will be rewarded for being such an asset.

The carwash breaks down quite often. Vaccumms are off quite often. I've been going there for about 4 years, and my car has abrasion damage to the paint and clear coat.

Attendant was talking on her phone entire time instead of working and paying attention to customers. No rinse or bug spray with the wash and dryer also broken. Trash was full. Attendant turned off vacuums right at closing instead of showing some customer service skills and letting us vacuum 5 minutes.

I used to love this car wash when it was "Magic Car Wash".....I don't know how things changed, but it is now Horrible! No underbody wash and the chemicals are terrible. Always have loads of tire shine all over the sides of my truck and now all over my boat and trailer. A complete nightmare! The dryers at the end of the wash do nothing. They used to almost completely dry my truck before exiting, but not anymore. The unlimited wash is a good price, but not for what you get (a vehicle covered in tire shine).....and next to impossible to cancel! If you bought the unlimited wash pass good luck canceling it! Will never return here again. Can't wait until the wash opens where the old Perkins was!

I am a monthly member and have been for years. In the beginning, they would spray a pre wash for bugs and slip a plastic sleeve over your back wiper. Neither of these things happen anymore.There is consistently blocked off lane, out of order. Today, same. A very nice young man helped us since the only working lane, well, was not working.Can’t wait for the new place down the street to open. We are outta here!

Inconsistent service. Sometimes the spray-down is good, sometimes not. Sometimes towels are out, sometimes not. Back of vehicle often still dirty. I have been there at 8am (listed opening time) and drove away without service after tired of waiting for it to open.

Unfortunately, this place will go the way of the dinosaur once their competitor opens just down the road this fall.The equipment is hit or miss. Half the vacuums do not work, the system fails to read my rfid tag 50% of the time, they claim to be open 8a-8p, however many times they don't open until 9a and are often closed well before 8p. Their car was is decent, but that won't save them. The towels stink, the "glass cleaner" appears to simply be water (or something heavily watered down).This place was decent before it was Zip's; I tried to stay positive but over the past year+ it has simply slid too far downhill. And if you want to cancel, they offer no way to do this online. You are forced to call a call center and spend 30+ minutes attempting to communicate.

My key was was accidentally vacuumed up. The staff was amazing, filtering through all the lines, canisters, and huge red repository tank to help me find it! And find it they did! Service way above and beyond any expectation! L Furthermore, they were so gracious and professional the whole time! To see a business have such compassion and empathy for a single person was truly amazing! Kudus and thank you again to the whole staff!! ??Services: Vacuuming

We bought a year pass for this car wash. Most of the time all the brushes and mechanical cleaning apparatus don't work. Today however everything was working as it should. I did notice a man standing around behind the scenes directing the employees, so I would surmise that he was the owner. I wonder if he got things in order today. Moving forward I certainly hope so.

Went to the car wash this morning and this nice lady Arizona was very helpful. I was having a hard time with the payment and she came out and helped me out. My car is always nice and clean when I get done at there. Would highly recommend!

Tried the membership twice, once a few years ago and I had problems with them autocharging my card past my subscription. Again I tried a membership recently. Absolute choas! My card was charged twice in two weeks. I went through wash and bought THIS membership and they charged me two weeks later again for the same amount because they recognized my car so it auto started my old membership from years ago too. I called to get my refund they insisted and pushed for me just to extend what I already paid into cheaper washes over three months. In which I said no thank you, realized I was actually speaking with corporate and not even the store so they told me I had to go through an email chat where they would "determine " if I even get a refund. (Excuse me what!?) This is when Kathy from the Sheboygan store stated she would give a refund and still have yet to receive it, followed by more gimmicks. I said I would just like to cancel. Kathy would not give me the refund for the second time they charged me. Plus, I still had the 2 weeks left on the original membership I bought. She told me I can't come through to even finish out what I have paid for. "Sorry your unsatisfied but we hope to keep your business"Poor business, and biggest hassle I've had for a refund I never even received.DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ZIPS

When it's working, it's great. Unfortunately, that's not very often. I've been going to Zips since they opened, and I do the monthly billing thing. The problem is that EVERY time I have gone to this car wash since they opened, something is out of order, or, they are closed all together. They have a semi-permanent sign in front that says "Sorry, the _____ is broken". Every time I go there, there's something different in the blank. The blowers, the prep gun, payment system, etc. There's always something broken, if they are open at all.However, the wash is great and gets my vehicle clean, even when things are broken. The monthly plan makes it convenient.Service: Vacuuming

I have been an unlimited member for many years. When it was “Magic Car” it was 100% worth the money. However, I CANNOT say that about “Zips”. Significantly disappointed with their customer service….Or lack there of. More often than not they are not even open, during posted open hours, when I go wanting a car wash. Constant “mechanical issues” closing them down. They advertise “member-only lanes”. I can only recall maybe 1-3 times that both lanes were open for use! False advertisement. They advertise “Roll right through the line with our membership exclusive RFID tags. They’re easily read at the POS system, getting you to the good stuff as fast as possible”. Again false! 95% of the time the POS system fails and members need to get out of their cars to TRY and find an employee to fix the problem. This holds everyone up. 100% lack of customer service or respect. I have sent multiple emails attempting and asking staff to have management contact me as to discuss my concerns. Not once have I been contacted but they gladly take my money. The car wash was of higher quality when “Magic” was the owner. My vehicle never comes out clean. The staff there does not care about doing their job appropriately… aimlessly spraying anywhere! I would think twice about this place. I will be canceling my membership and going back to Magic Car wash where they take pride in a quality product and provide good customer service.
