Marcus Sheboygan Cinema is a nice theater that provides great service with nice and helpful employees. The location is clean. However, it is starting to get run down, with malfunctioning sconces and some seats assembled incorrectly, causing issues with armrests and cup holders. A major and frequent complaint is that the movie screens are not centered or aligned, which is very distracting. The air conditioning does not always work well, making it get warm. Organization at the pickup window can be poor, sometimes resulting in missing items. While staff is usually fine, there have been instances of rude service. Prices are whatever.
