❌ Stay away! ? If They will make an error on pricing, and 100% their mistake, let you leave the store with your items but when they release it they will go back to you and definitely WILL get back and change you the difference no matter how big or small! Like a manager Jeff told me 4 different times, they will NOT let you take anything out of the store that is not 100% fully paid even if they made the error and when it is all because of their mistake implying you are a thief at the same time THEY made an error and what THEY say the price should have been and what You should have paid! Even though they did complete the transaction and let you go 10 days until they noticed THERE mistake! But I bet if it was in their favor, and you were over charged it would be OK unless you catch it and bring it to their attention! The store appears to be extremely desperate and extremely greedy because they Really needed that $11 I was under charged 10 days earlier, would take NO responsibility and demanded I pay the difference to them on the spot! ?

I am not a hamster on a wheel .When I buy mulch I do not want to go halfway across the store to get a ticket I would like to stay in the garden center. Any other time I go The employees are helpful and nice.

They knocked down the beautiful Wetland habitat by my house and took away my scenic view for their "storage units'. This Menards already has a large footprint in our community. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN YOU GUYS ARE GREEDY!!!!

The paint department was by far the most helpful ever! I believe her name was Kylie? She had stayed with me for my whole project helping me choose paint, primer, and supplies! She even took me to plumbing where a nice gentleman named John helped me with sump pumps! Overall a great experience and I can’t wait to shop again!

Paint department, Kylie was pure attitude. With the “I am leaving soon and do not care.” Alexis was a wonderful help, with making the color I wanted work with a different manufacturer.

I drive past this store and go all the way to manitowoc instead. There's never more than one checkout open, and they are real picky about the 3 second window where they are ok with you asking for water softener salt.

The rebate system has got to be against the law in some fashion. They advertise based on rebate price, yet the rebate isn’t only achieved through snail mail. Then they send out an inconspicuous piece of paper that looks like junk mail. Further, you can’t save pictures of the rebates on your phone (fear of losing all the rebate money that’s been earned) because they require a paper copy. Then to end it all, the rebate price, that they ADVERTISE can only be used at Menards, so the money ultimately goes in Menards pocket, not yours. So what law allows them to advertise the rebate price yet you don’t actually ever get that money in your pocket? I’m not smart enough to know, but I do know when I feel scammed.
