I would recommend people but if you like your own carrier, it's all good too. You know T-Mobile, they have good deals out. Take advantage of it.”

“I was told at the store on business drive that my phone was junk and I needed a new one. I just wanted to make sure that my sim card wasn't bad. After hearing it was junk I left and went to this store at Deer Trace and talked to Nic. He took about two hours doing various things to assist me that simply didn't make my phone work. I had forgotten that I had insurance and he told me about it and helped me through the process of getting a new phone. Nic had absolutely nothing to gain by helping me other than simply doing his job. I have been in sales for over 20 years and I have always made it a priority to provide the absolute best service I can to my customers. Nic did exactly as I would have and it was very refreshing to be taken care of as a customer that matters instead of shoving me out the door telling me I just needed a new phone. I highly recommend Nic..he is knowledgeable and helpful, something you don't see every day. Well done!”
