the management is super bad! they not only condone bullying, they encourage it. the service desk is full of mean people who peaked in high school and will treat you like you’re nothing but a nuisance. you can talk to upper management and they’ll just sweep it under the rug to protect problem employees

Might wanna re evaluate the checkout area and get 6-8 total self scanners and not 3 individual 1s and 1 long 1(pointless) waaay too crowded at the checkout area….otherwise good deals and good energy of a store!.

I shop there 2 times a week sometimes 3 and I never had a bad experience sometimes the sale price on some items doesn't show up at checkout but that doesn't happen very much. Overall a good place to shop.

I have purchased for pick up many times and many times they come out with replacements or nothing because they didn't have the product. Wish they didn't have items available online if they aren't available in store. I also wish they would bring back the grocery baskets. Not a fan of always bringing a huge cart.

Lost one star dude to less than completive pricing (Identical $3 Popsicles from Walmart sell for over $5 here). I understand Walmart is a corporate monster that can undercut others, but nearly double the price is a slap in the face.

Meh !
Typical Kroger store, you visit and half of the items you want to buy aren't available. Shelves are empty. Meat dept is a disgrace. Empty boxes strewn on the floor. Not a store I want to frequent.

Totally not wheel chair friendly. My wife is in a wheelchair and we shop with a basket. When we walked it there were no baskets. When we asked a a worker told us they were all stolen and not to complain to them but to complain to the people who stole them because she was sick of hearing the complaints. Absolutely the worst customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
