Best shoes store that ever catered to me! Madison guided me to getting the comfort that I needed. Their insoles are a work of art and their shoes are quality. Going through getting to know my feet and what I needed was amazing. They have this technology that can 3d visualize your feet’s shape and it tracks the pressure when you walk. It makes it very easy to know what insoles and shoes your feet need. Definitely had a great experience buying shoes from Red Wing. I highly recommend!

The team in Sheboygan are very friendly, courteous and welcoming. I had a warranty issue with a new pair of boots. They stood behind it no questions asked and made the process quick and painless. Always a pleasure buying boots from this store

As a disclosure I go here with a voucher for a free pair each time I go. However, this locations staff and professionalism is top notch. You get greeted immediately and they treat you with care throughout the whole process. They ask what you need shoes for and cater towards what you need. On top of that its a whole experience with measuring and looking at how you walk to find the perfect shoe for you. And they don't do that for just your first time, they do it every time to ensure the best fit for you. You don't walk out of this store until you are fully satisfied with what you want. You get plenty of time and can ask questions that are easily answered, as well as complaints for them to fix in order to get the right shoe for you. I forget the staff names, but my gosh are they amazing. Absolutely recommend! I have gotten 2 pairs, one from last year and now one for this year. Can't wait to try the new ones out!

I had a fantastic experience at this location. They handled a difficult situation I had through my employer with exceptional professionalism. On top of that, they oiled my boots for no extra charge, leaving them in great condition. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future boot needs. Thank you!

Lifelong resident of Tennessee, but took a trip to Wisconsin for the first time in my life and saw they had a Red Wings store and have always wore red wings boots. I’ve been searching high and low for the green red wings promo hat since 2020. They happily ordered the hat for me and shipped it to my Tennessee residency. Kindest act a business has ever done for me. Would recommend the store to anyone. Thank y’all again!
