They took care of our cat very well! And for his shots, blood draw where very surprised how he acted! They said he was like a king, he acts just like it at home! Sometimes you just need a good day, and experience. To make everyone happy!

Dr. Didering is the best vet ever, as is vet tech Amber. They are a very compassionate, patient, and understanding duo. Thank you for accommodating our pup.

CAUTION if you have rabbits. This vet clinic will NOT take necessary precautions to order vaccines for the deadly rabbit hemmorhagic virus (RHDV2). Highly deadly virus to rabbits that is easily spread and is fatal to 70-100 percent of rabbits if contracted. This place needs to be educated on the importance of vaccines in the PET rabbits they treat as this is NOT a virus to be taken lightly. I Consider it very unprofessional and careless that they brushed it off and refused to even order the vaccine. My rabbit Will have to be taken to a vet further away to receive the prevention of this virus he deserves.

If I could give this Vet zero stars I would, I truly hope at some point people realize how horrible of a place this is and never bring their animals here. Our puppy went in to get neutered (we had the same vet since he was about 16 weeks old) during his surgery they called us to tell us he had an umbilical hernia me not familiar with this I googled did my research and decided to go ahead with the surgery so it didn’t affect him in the future. One day afterwards (the vet gave us NO antibiotics after two surgeries in one day) the skin around his stitches started turning a purple color, I was so concerned called an on call animal hospital they reassured me he would be okay overnight to bring him in asap in the morning. During the night it got worse I slept with him on the floor and he started vomiting, a symptom of infection and incision was very hot to the touch. Brought him here at 8 right when they opened explained the situation and they turned me away until 10… when we arrived at 10 I stayed there to see what was going on the doctor told me it was only bruising, she was the doctor so I believed her at the moment even though my gut was telling me otherwise…my puppy was in that kennel their until 1pm IN PAIN AND BEING TRAUMATIZED when they finally cut him open to make sure it wasn’t infected the infection grew so much they had to flush him out multiple times and we almost lost him. She told me this procedure would be free but they made us pay another $1000 I only accepted afraid something would happen to him in their care because I refused to pay and once he got out of their we never returned their again. Now he is traumatized of kennels when we had him completely kenneled trained, he’s afraid to go in anywhere now. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE…

Every time we have called with any sort of emergency situation they have refused to help. Had been bringing our dogs there for years. In the last year it's become clear it's a money making operation. They declined to do blood work on our dog who was limping, turn out he had Lyme disease. DO NOT TAKE your animals to this vet. They will examine for 5min and then charge you. can't go in with your pet, so that's easy for them to say screw it and take money for no work. Had a situation today and they refused to observe our dogs for the day to make sure they wouldn't die. RUN FROM THIS VET. I've submitted a complaint and have requested an investigation be opened with the Dept. of Ag.

Dr Travis and his associates don't do any after hour emergency help even tho some of the vets say emergency help. Very disappointed. It used to be a great place to go. Now it's just another day job.

We had to finally make a decision about our 16-1/2 year old Jasper. It was determined by Dr. Pittman that he was in congestive heart failure. She was so compassionate and did give us the option of meds that would extend his life for a bit but then gently reminded me of his age. She made it easier to make the inevitable decision.

Thank you Dr Travis and the professional, dedicated staff for helping us with a perplexing scheduling issue!! The staff was magnificent working out details to remove a huge stressor when we ended up needing to attend to a VA issue and still get care for my service dog.

They have no care or compassion for the owners of animals. My mom always took her chihuahua there for years. He would routinely go in for nail trimming. But he recently started to have stools with pools of blood in them, so she called and reached out with her concerns. He is 15 years old. She was told to bring in a sample and that they can’t give immediate results, UNLESS YOU PAY MORE. Otherwise they send the samples out? Very strange as no other vet does this. They are able

This is the only place I trust with my pets. Even if it means driving 35 minutes away. Very affordable and just so caring for all of my pets.

A shout out to the best vet team ever at the Sheboygan Animal Hospital. First they welcomed Pumpkin a feral cat that I am taking in with open arms after I trapped her. With no appointment they scanned her for a chip, vaccinated her for rabies and transferred her to a pet taxi even though she tried a Houdini and made a run for it in the exam room. Today I received a phone call from Colleen, our vets wife, checking up on Pumpkin’s progress and offering assistance and a wealth of knowledge about cat behavior to help make Operation Pumpkin into a success story. The team there is the greatest and they deserve some recognition for all that they have done for our pet family over the years. Hats off to them for the love and dedication they have for our fur babies.

I started using this vet a couple years ago when I moved to sheboygan. They've offered exceptional care the entire time. I've had to have 2 dogs put to sleep and they were so supportive and sensitive through the entire process. I got the ashes back in a very timely manner. I even got a sympathy card both times with a little paw print that you plant in the ground and flowers will grow. They diagnosed my cats ear issue super fast and got that treated well. I seriously love this vet clinic.
