Josh and Perry took care of us and we were very impressed with their professionalism. They were both easy to talk to and you could tell they truly cared about their customers. It was really nice that the numbers were presented up front with no surprise costs later on. We didn’t feel any pressure from the salesman and just truly enjoyed the whole experience. Also thankful that it only took 2.5 hours from start to finish. Last time we purchased a car it was an all day affair!Kudos to Josh and Perry for their down to earth personalities and jokes. Definitely the best of the em eat! We will definitely recommend to others.We also appreciated the cleanliness of the used vehicles and that time was taken to make sure the vehicles were presented at their best.Thank you for being a dependable and reliable place to find a vehicle.

If you want to hear a never ending story from the salesperson Joel about his "heart condition" how it was diagnosed and what he should and should not do having this "horrible" condition you are at the right place. If you want to wait 2 hours for an oil change with absolutely no communication from the staff then this is the place to be. If you want rude staff and no customer care or service after the sale you are at the right place.

Not a friendly dealership. Only care about their commission and made it rock solid clear that the money is above the customer’s satisfaction. Very pushy, didn't want me discussing financials with personal banking. Rude when it came to the test drive, blasted the music Vol-40/40 without asking if customer was okay with it.

I want to give a 5 star review to both Chris K. and Tyler L. Chris sold me my car and was such a pleasure to work with. He followed through on the things I asked him to and sent me pictures to show that he had (yeah!) When we went to pick up the vehicle, Chris was busy but Tyler stepped in and went over everything in my car one more time (so many features on this car and he explained everything). He also hooked my phone up to bluetooth and showed me how he did it. I would recommend this place to people, and especially direct them to Chris or Tyler. Thank you Chris and Tyler for being the honest, good, young men that you both are!!

After dealing with this place for years I've just had enough. They just do what they want and don't listen to you. As multiple reviews state, the service department is awful. I've had diagnostics done by them before and minor repairs done on my newly purchased car that never required a penny. But wether it's going to cost something or not it's always confusing. Randy claims "oh that's not in the computer". So I guess they just do things without even making a note of it in the system. (Wonder why their car fax rating is so good)I dropped my car off Sunday night to be looked at on Monday. They had my car from Monday morning until Tuesday at around 5 pm. I brought it in for a diagnostic test. When I went to pick the car up The results were that it's a 70% chance it's the timing chain and suddenly there's a 160$ fee nobody said anything about. I asked Randy, " so I'm paying 160$ for a maybe?" he says "well if they are going to do that they will need about 4 hours." Hello? My car was there for a day and a half, I think 4 hours works in that time frame. My wife talked to at least 4-5 people and nobody said a thing. I have no problem paying for a service when I'm expecting a payment. And am most definitely not in the search for free work. What I am looking for is a professional business that will just tell me how much a diagnostic fee will be or what to expect, like the place that is doing my second look at the engine did.I guess 160$ means more to them than losing a customer that's spent thousands.Edit: after getting a second look, the 1800$ quote Sheboygan Chrysler gave me for guessing what was wrong with my car was useless. What they "thought" was wrong was not the issue. I paid another mechanic 140$ to do everything (including opening up the engine). Do not use this service center. I can not believe they would have you pay to order parts and do repairs on something they haven't even looked at.

While looking for a new car, I went to this dealership to purchase a newer vehicle. I had Scott as my salesman. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. He did not push vehicles on me but rather he helped me find a vehicle that I liked. When I went to go pick my car up, he provided me with a great experience. He explained everything to me about my new car, he even called me the next day to make sure I was liking it and to answer any questions I would have. In the process of purchasing the car, I also worked with Greg on the business part of it. Instead of just handing me a pile of paperwork and telling me to sign, he took the time to go over everything and explain it all to me. He also provided the best plans of payment for me. I also worked with Edon to ensure I got the vehicle of my dreams. Overall, the three of them were super helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend working with Scott as your salesman. Definitely check this place out when looking for a new to you vehicle!

Josh and Parry were amazing to work with! I was set on a price/budget, and they showed me vehicles in that range. I appreciate their patience, number running, vehicle selection (they didn’t try to put me in something I couldn’t afford) I would definitely recommend these two for your vehicle purchase!

Absolutely fabulous experience here. I worked with Mike Ries and he was so kind, patient, and informative. I did not feel rushed to make a decision on a car, he worked to share vehicle options that fit within my budget and included the features I was looking for. He was very thorough when he would show me a vehicle and walk through all of the features it had. I appreciated all of Mike's help and communication! The other staff at Sheboygan Chrysler were also helpful and provided a welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend working with Mike and going to Sheboygan Chrysler for your vehicle needs!

*Edit**I have tried calling Randy when they replied but never got a call back in March this was.*Its frustrating when you buy a vehicle 2 weeks ago, and when you go and replace your headlights and see that one side for your headlights is broken. I've only had problems with the service department. I paid $156 for them to uninstall, reinstall and uninstall a headlight. They didnt tell me the price before hand. I ended up paying and leaving and left very mad/upset, got a phone call from a manager there and he was able to refund me. But now I'm stuck at replacing my whole headlight fixture, which is gonna cost $700 something. My warranty doesn't cover it, I bought the vehicle with that damage. Never go here for anything, they don't help you.
