Elijah greeted us promptly and answered all our questions and queries with knowledge and a sense of humor. We spent a couple of hours with him looking at 3 different vehicles before we finally decided on what we wanted to do. The other 2 people we talked to were also courteous., friendly and extremely helpful. We enjoyed working with everyone here and will be back again in the future.

The entire staff was absolutely wonderful about making my car buying experience extremely positive. Elijah, my salesperson, was especially helpful in the process and kept me up to date on vehicles that I was interested in during the past several weeks. He really went out of his way to help make this a positive experience. Being a woman of a 'certain age', I never felt like anyone was trying to deceive me or ignore my wishes. Five stars doesn't really feel like I'm giving the team enough thanks!

Had the vehicle I was looking for and it was set to test drive when I arrived even though I arrived early. The needed to do a better job of explaining what the 2 day hold payment was for and how it worked. A few other small things prevented me from giving them 5 stars. I was able to get the car I was looking for though

Salesman Jon was amazing!!! He was able to get a vehicle from a different Van Horn for us to look at(the other Van Horn closed early). And compare with a Kia Telluride. We arrived at 7:00pm for our test drive and we’re able to make a deal that suited our price range. They stayed late to close the deal. This dealership is amazing and their customer service is out of this world. Thank you so much to Jon the salesman and Jon in finance for staying 2 hours late to get us into our amazing new ride.
