Wow! This store is so helpful! Sam knows his products! I wanted to get wallpaper and they are so kind when you need to check out books. Sam is quite knowledgeable about all the products in the store and is a great example of excellent customer service and support.

The man working there didn't acknowledge us for the 20 to 30 minutes we where there. Not even a "Hello" then when we proceeded to walk towards him, he would hurry to the other side of the store. And yes he is an employee there could tell from his outfit and abilities to talk with the other customer.

The person working was on the phone the whole time. Didn't address us once. We would walk up to him he would walk the other way. Really rude I get better service at menards regarding paint. Never will go back. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star,Don't deserve it
