It’s so hard to give my child the world and so easy to neglect investing in myself because of the cost. In this economy, this place is a treasure trove and true Godsend. Today, I got my child finger paints, markers, crayons, and a balloon for fun — all for $5. If I think about it too much, I may tear up with joy. ?
It also feels so good to use pre-loved items instead of buying brand new when that’s almost never necessary for arts and crafts. Removing junk from landfills for personal passion projects and childhood experiences is such a blessing to be part of.
The staff are also very friendly and helpful when you’re looking for the odd item. I hope this place sticks around for years and years to come. ?”
