We had a wonderful experience at US Cellular. We had a complicated exchange of several phones Sonja listened to our needs and remembered small details. She was simply amazing. We had to go back the next day to adjust errors made on our part and she was so gracious and finally figured out the solution. We have been with US Cellular since 1993 and have always been satisfied with the services provided. If they continue to hire people like Sonja they will continue to be successful.

Horrible place to do business with offered a promotional deal that was not honored, when I asked about the bill was told very rudely they won't help I have to call billing and was told by them there was no promotion offered even though they texted it to me. During this time I also found out they were not giving me the automatic payment discount for years even though they were doing that. When I had enough and went to cancel was told I had to buy the router for over $300.00 by some smug guy that did not care one bit. Would only recommend people to stay away from this place.

I was having so many issues with my phone. I thought I'd have to get New phone. I have been a customer for many years but I think the service I got today was the best ever. Emily VanDerPuy was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and polite and got everything fixed in no time. I will ask for her from now on.

Kenzie was absolutely phenomenal! Very well knowledgeable and had 10/10 customer service. We were pleased to work with Kenzie & look forward to it in the future :)

Went in for what was advertised only to find out that what was show and said was impossible to get. What a waste of an hour of my time. At least the sales person apologized as the salesman says most of the day is spent telling people the stipulations for the promos even though they aren't clearly specified in the ads.

Went in hoping to upgrade cell phone. Very disappointed in customer service. Poorly greeted. Weren't even approached for service. No one appeared to be interested in our business.

We went into the Vanguard Dr, sheboygan, wi us cellular locationWe needed to get 2 new phones. We dealt with Dave. He was fantastic and friendly. He told us as lot about the phones. Our son was going from a flip to a smart and we had to go to Kohler office. So sad we did not deal with the transaction. Loved Dave and his great assistance. Great employee.

Was told that there was nothing wrong with phone. I had to point out things. Was told that it was my wifi, or I didn't have enough GB's. I should call 611 and talk to a technician. This happened in Sheboygan. I just left then. Always had excellent results in Plymouth, when I have problems.

This is not a good US Cellular Store. Try another one. The Manager treated my girlfriend very bad in the process of getting a new phone. She tricked her into trading her old phone and tricked into buying phone accessories she didn’t need. Manager put commissions sales over helping a customer. Luckily she was able to return accessories back into the store on 15 day return policy. And luckily they did have a decent associate working on day of return of phone accessories to explain what accessories she needed. I will be looking into moving my account to a new provider in near future. US cellular customer service doesn’t care if you leave them. Policy is Policy. If you remain a customer of US Cellular try the Grafton store, because I was always treated fair.

Run away from US Cellular! As a company they routinely advertise low prices that are unobtanium for anyone who does not meet the supersecret criteria they refuse to share. My choices for a "free" phone would under option 1 cost me $200, or under option 2 cost me $480 per year. Staff are unapologetic. Service quality and reliability decreasing, and they have a lock on service in the area. If there were another, viable option I would have left them long ago.

Worst US Cellular customer service. Made my appointment online for a device upgrade per COVID protocol. Walked in and I was the lucky person who got the sales rep who didn't feel like being at work that day....swell! His attitude wasn't appreciated and his lack of work ethic made me wonder how he is keeping his job. I have never in my life walked out of a cellphone store without the employee helping me set up my phone and showing me features and helping with questions....until my last visit. After asking 3 times if he'd help me, and getting the answer of "the phone will tell you what to do".... I was fed up took my new phone and rode the struggle bus figuring it out. If 0 stars was an option that is what my review rating would be
