Jim Parker was a great salesman to work with. He was non-pressure & very friendly. He was forthcoming that somebody had test-driven the vehicle I was interested in, the night before, & said they felt a vibration, but that the service center treated the tires to get snow out & he test drove it that morning & had not felt the vibration.The staff was great & I felt very comfortable that I was not being hung out to dry. 2 weeks into owning my "new-to-me" car & I'm very happy with it.

After much research and test driving multiple vehicles, my husband and I decided on a vehicle we both loved. We filtered through our options and realized the vehicle we were looking for was going to take us on a 2.5 hour drive to Sheboygan. We called in advance and spoke with Jim, he answered all our questions and had everything ready for us upon arrival. We test drove our vehicle and it was the perfect fit for us! So grateful to have worked with Jim. His knowledge and warm welcoming personality made this a seamless and great experience for us both.

The entire team at Van Horn Hyundai in Sheboygan were A+++. It really was a team effort, including Ryan, Aaron, Peter, Mariah, and Sara. I would speculate I was neither the most nor least demanding customer, but I was purchasing a car from California, so there was definitely some additional requests, including videos and pictures. Ryan and Aaron were especially helpful with answering questions and making sure the process went smoothly. Their patience and response time stand out as especially helpful. In an age where customer service is a mixed bag at best, Van Horn stood out as a throw back to a time where customers were treated professionally and going "above and beyond" was a part of the job. Thank you, Ryan and Aaron! Thank you to everyone at Van Horn Hyundai!!!

Ryan was very helpful and was prepared for my test drive appointment. He was straight forward and I didn't feel pressured into the vehicle. I was very comfortable working with him and he listened to my criteria and concerns. Highly recommend!

Jim and the staff at Van Horn Hyundai were wonderful to work with. They responded to texts and emails promptly and when Jim was out of the office he made sure another staff member (Pete, who was also incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions) was available to help me. They worked with me on my trade to help keep things within my budget and kept the buying process short and sweet.

I can’t speak highly enough of this dealership and their employees. I’ve purchased more than 20 cars from dealerships over the years and have never had a more pleasant experience thanks to the great service I received from Jim and Peter. I purchased a used electric vehicle I saw on their website. I live in a distant state and I didn’t have an opportunity to see the vehicle in person. Jim was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, he even made a video for me in which he did an extremely detailed review of the vehicle inside and out, pointing out even the smallest defects. He even had the detailer buff out a very minor scratch that I probably wouldn’t have noticed if he didn’t point it out. I was also interested in taking advantage of a Federal tax credit for used electric vehicles. Jim was not familiar with the program but he and Peter took the initiative to research it and educate themselves rather than just blowing me off. The result of their efforts will end up saving me $4,000 on my taxes. If you’re in the market for a new or used car you won’t go wrong with this dealership. Thanks Jim and Peter!

I was a buyer from across the country, but Jim helped answer any question I had and was willing to send lots of pictures and videos of the car I purchased. He was very nice and helpful throughout the buying process. I’m very grateful to him and Peter for all of the time the spent helping me and for how hard they worked to get me my car that I now love!

My visit to Van Horn was nothing short off efficient and excellent service all in one trip. I've been in contact with Jim from Van Horn about a new vehicle. I already looked at something I knew I want to at least test drive. Right when he greeted me he remembered my name and what I was looking at. We talked a little bit and we took a test drive. The test drive went great. He was very informative on the model of car. Gave me a detailed run through of all the ins and outs of the vehicle. The best part about this whole situation is he didn't push once. He didn't point me to another more expensive vehicle or something he knew I didn't want. We sat down and crunched the numbers and I got approved and got the vehicle I originally came in for. I am point anybody I know that's looking for a new vehicle straight to Jim's desk at Van Horn Hyundai. We will be returning to get the Wife a new car

Was going to buy a Santa Fe from Van Horn with odometer at 27 Miles, but found it had been tampered with. This Santa Fe actually had 4300 miles, but stated only 27 miles online. I almost bought this car it at an extremely higher price than Kelly Blue Book. How is this legal? I've talked to others in Sheboygan, and they told me they have experienced the same thing. I should have known and been more vocal with Van Horn management. Van Horn's used car practices have to stop, especially with 55+ Sheboygan customers. Please research Van Horn before purchasing.

I highly recommend the Van Horn Hyundai of Sheboygan dealership! Everyone we spoke with were nothing but attentive and tremendously helpful. They were able to assist us with finding our dream vehicle! I was seriously blown away by their clear and thorough communication. The whole vehicle purchasing process felt very modernized and a lot more customer friendly.Our sales consultant, Jim Parker, was phenomenal! He took his time explaining everything efficiently. I felt like he answered my questions, even the ones I didn’t know I had. Jim was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely does his job really well!

Planned to make offer and buy Hyundai Tucson last week; but after test drive found Odometer had changed over 4K miles than advertised. Van Horn promoted car online showing odometer at 13 miles and provided CarFax with only 10 miles, but found out the car actually had over 4500 miles. Almost bought a car at a significantly higher price than actual value. Before buying from Van Horn, recommend taking the car to another mechanic to valid actual miles and determine if odometer was tampered with.

Ryan D and the whole dealer team were incredibly helpful in my pursuit for a new Hyundai. While I ultimately didn’t purchase from this dealer due to shipping delays that were out of the dealer’s control, I would easily go back for the next. Communicative and straight forward with no pressure or stress.
