My Mazda is here for repair and the communication has been great! They have been working extra hard to make sure my car is repaired correctly. I have also been given a loaner car to use ( my cost whatever is not covered under warranty ) I feel important. All the ladies I have spoken too have been wonderful and helpful. I am very happy and confident with this business.

Selena went above and beyond to help us find the vehicle we were looking for. Low pressure sales and willing to keep us informed of vehicles in our price range. She even made sure our vehicle was cleaned to our satisfaction. All staff was accommodating and helpful with any questions that we had. Everyone at the dealership is willing to go above and beyond to help their customers! I was a first time buyer from a dealership and the process was so smooth! Alyssa, Shane, and Peter explained everything thoroughly and made sure I got the best deal possible! I now have a cute and reliable car. The service department also provided a great experience when purchasing the car! (Scott, Zach, and Don were so helpful!)

I purchased a used vehicle from Van Horn Mazda in November of 2019. At that time they claimed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, both on the window sticker "buyer's guide" and according to the salesman. During the test drive we discovered that the vehicle's alignment was off noticeably, it pulled left and while going straight the wheel pointed right. Both their website and the salesman told me that the vehicle would come with a warranty good for three months. They also promised that they would have the alignment "rechecked" because they claimed it had just been done. Based on that and on the price we were able to negotiate we decided to purchase the vehicle. Well, while we were signing for the sale they pulled back the warranty and made it sound like it was my fault that I thought it would have it because they said it was "too old to qualify". How am I supposed to know that? I was told it had the warranty by their own salesman. I tried asking for some kind of guarantee that it would have no problems, even for a short time, and was turned down. I should have had second thoughts at this point but, foolishly, I continued to purchase the vehicle. Now, this was November. What system on a vehicle isn't used in the winter? The AC. What do you think we discovered on the first warm day of spring? That's right, the AC doesn't work. I called them, knowing full well that this is now 6 months later and that even if it had been working at the time of sale (which I now believe it WASN'T) they are not required to do anything for me. I was hoping that perhaps they would care about their customers and be interested in having general good will and repeat business. The manager who I spoke with not only didn't care about me or the problem with the vehicle he was brazenly hostile and condescending. Like I said, I should have had second thoughts when they pulled back the promise of an included warranty. I will never do business with Van Horn again and I would recommend that no one else does either.
