I called last Thursday and the lady who runs/owns the facility was on the road and said that they have someone who helps them while away and I would have to work around his very busy work schedule in order to get the paperwork. She said she would get back to me when she was able to get a hold of her helper and would call me to make arrangements for the paperwork. I never heard back from her all weekend which I figured I wouldn't because she was on the road. I was patient. I call today, Monday, and she said, "oh, sorry, that one Is no longer available". I'm very upset because she even told me that they wouldn't rent it to anyone else as she was the one who has the keys to it. She was on the road, I get it. But wow.Super dissatisfied with how things were being ran from the start in all honesty. If you're on the road, have someone take care of your property or just don't answer the phone if you can't be 100% present for a potential client.How frustrating! We waited by the phone all Thursday and through the weekend just to be told it was taken today and that she tried calling which I never received a phone call. I literally waited by the phone.I give good and bad reviews where they are deserved.End rant
