“Dealership had check wheel bearings. Had a humming noise I believed to be wheel bearings. Told me it was my steering rail and not the wheel bearings and said wheel bearings were not loose. Steering rails don't hum with speed. Brought truck to DC Auto and verified that indeed 1 front wheel bearing was loose and the other was just loud. Mechanics at dealerships just trained to plug into the computer to troubleshoot. Mechanics at DC Auto actually do mechanic work and look at the mechanics of the vehicle.”

A local competitor claimed I needed to replace all 4 tires because my car is all wheel drive and there can only be a tolerance of 3/32’s of an inch between tires or the all wheel drive won’t work. The competitor quoted me $888.00.Pomp’s actually checked and my other tires were within the tolerance and they just replaced the 1 tire…for $122.00 installed. Thank you Pomp’s!”

“I Stopped in on a Saturday after noon to look at trailers, I Had talked to Eric and he gave me some ideas, I walked around to look at different types of trailers and I found one I fell in love with. It was getting to be around 11:00 and they closed at noon but Eric found time to give me a price for the trailer so I could run to the bank to pay for it. I called Eric and said I will not make it by Noon and he said he would wait for me, When I got there we took care of the bill for the trailer and he helped me hook up the trailer and sowed me how every thing worked.
