5 stars for the shoes themselves, but really disappointed in the packaging and shipment… maybe not everyone cares about the box, but I like to keep specialty packaging. $20 for shipping should result in more care. I was only able to mostly salvage the condition of the box by using a hairdryer to heat and remove the tape.

Great customer service. I purchased a pair of shoes here today. I needed to go up half a size and I was able to exchange them. I have purchased quite a few pairs of shoes from here and it's always a great experience.
