I went on Aug 31 and 2 new hair stylist were there. Both were awesome, welcomed with a big smile. I would continue visiting same great clips. Keep it up!!!

One of the worst great clips I have ever been to . The lady who cut my hair was super rude and needs training on how to talk with a customer . Never going to this location again . I tried to tell her how I wanted my hair to be cut and she snapped back at me and asked me if I knew better . I wonder if she talks like this to everyone or is a plain racist . I would not recommended anyone to visit this location if you are looking for a pleasant hair cut . And looking at other comments, I am pretty sure other people have had similar experiences.

Had been a client of Carmen’s in Fox Point Great Clips for years. Now she is in Shorewood and I’m very happy to go there. It’s a very nice, clean salon.

I have been coming to this salon for many years. I used to go wherever had a coupon, but now I drive out of my way to come here. Natasha is the absolute best! She does great work, and runs the shop very professionally. I always call ahead to make sure she is there— that’s how much I enjoy the cut from her. Highly recommend!

After four visits, I have not had a single good experience here. The prices are fine, but it is clear that each employee sees me as an inconvenience. The services are usually hasty and they rarely ask me if I like what I got. Today, I checked in, only to find that this location had closed an hour early with no notice and no sign. The store was simply locked with a line of people waiting outside. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Went in today and the hairdresser was incredibly rude. No wonder the place was totally empty. She snapped at me several times for no reason at all. Haircut was fine but I will not return. Her ability to scare away customers is unmatched.

Walked in with my son for the haircut .
Salon was empty,and I understood the reason .
The women working there was extremely unfriendly and rude .
I was trying to explain to her ,how my son likes his hair in the back .
She yelled at me and ask me to leave .
Terrible customer service .

Wish I had read reviews because apparently this is a common problem at this location but I had My 4-year-old with me and the place was completely empty. I asked if she could sit in a chair next to me while I got my haircut and they insisted that it was absolutely not safe for her to be anywhere back there, but was apparently totally safe for her to sit up by the front door unattended.. as you can imagine, I left and did not get my haircut.

Don’t go for a kids cut. If the kid cannot sit on their own and behave perfectly they won’t cut. I could not have my 2 yr old sit on my lap because they “are not babysitters”. Completely rude and not accommodating.
