“I switched my prescriptions from Walgreens to Metro Market Pharmacy about 1+ years ago. Metro is so much better! There is usually no wait, once in a while there might be 1 or 2 other people waiting, and it still isn't a long wait. The pharmacist knows my name, is always very nice & friendly, and if there happens to be any problem she takes care of it right away. I have to say I did not experience any of these things at Walgreens, it was the opposite there. I am definitely staying with Metro's pharmacy.”
“The store staff is always friendly and the pharmacy technicians hands down have provided me the best Walgreens pharmacy experience, out of any Walgreens in the area. Even when these folks are busy-- which is often these days with covid/flu vaccines and covid testing added to the pharmacy's list of services-- they maintain a professionalism that regularly includes a meaningful and accessible level of human engagement. Aka, they are the bomb dot com and I appreciate each and every one of them; so please just be kind, patient, and express some gd gratitude for their services. Thanks!”
