He staff is always friendly and the service is fast. Easy access off of Oakland, great experience during hectic time of year.

The store experience was cool, but what I expected and asked for was a ? ticket style print.. But my communication or I guess depth of understanding was off. If you ask for a ticket style print one would expect possible double sided card stock with the option of matte or glossy. It was explained the image I sent wasn’t in the appropriate format for double side print and needed to be submitted as a downsized pdf version. What I got? $63.50 worth cut single paper strips ⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️ Then when I questioned what is this? Oh we don’t have the capability to print like that. ? Never, ever, ever in the history of ever again. It is 2023. I even asked for a partial refund because idk maybe I missed something explaining a ticket style print, but to no avail it’s explained away as it was explained they didn’t have the capability….??♀️ 63.50 for strips of paper.

I was next in line to be helped but the older white gentleman worker deliberately skipped me to helped the white lady behind me. She went with it like she it was nothing so I spoke up saying I was next how rude can you be. The man begrudgingly helped me lol as an army veteran I find it sick that people are still so rude and discriminative for no apparent reason. No I was not rude or deserving of the action before the store owner responds with with irrelevant words. Do better and be better like seriously it’s not that hard.

I have been using this UPS store for years and they are always friendly and efficient, and reasonably priced. I have been living in Costa Rica and Ecuador and they always get my mail and packages to me wherever I am.

Very grateful for this store and the friendly and efficient staff! I have gone to this location for the seven years I've lived nearby. The have been consistently helpful.

Yeah the new hires are bd, they need more training. The lack of energy, the communication with customers is terrible, and can nearly hear them when they talk. Second star for patience but what's the point if they can't speak up

I've used the store many times over the past 4 years since we moved to town. I've never had a problem. I send packages, buy supplies and use their notary service. Just be sure to call ahead to make sure the notary is present

DO NOT use this location!!! Go somewhere else especially if you're shipping anything of value. These folks/owners/management simply DO NOT CARE. Period. I was hesitant to try a new location but I was in a rush and this location was close to my office and on the way to the airport. Called when my property was not delivered as promised and after paying over 120.00 mind you, I was given so many crazy explanations. Was told someone would call me back. Nada. So I stopped in next time I was in town, was told manager was not in, left my contact information...again. No return call. So I called again spoke to manager/owner was promised a call back. Nada. They lost my property. No Apology. No follow up. Awful excuses. Just a you'll probably need to file a claim. What about my property that I worker hard to get? Where is it? Do yourself a favor, use another location and save yourself the heartache. If I could give ZER0 stars I would!!!!

They charge $128 to fill with peanuts, tape top of box, and ship.To return the place I sent paid $30 to ship.Rip off!!! Shop around
