The customer service and understanding of the individual needs is paramount for the staff at Uptown. I have just started to have my medications filled there and I was instantly made to feel as if I had been a customer for several years. I would recommend them to anyone with total confidence. I recently made the change to UpTown Pharmacy due to the shortage on prescriptions about 6 months ago and I have had a wonderful experience. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. This is a night and day difference between the large nationwide pharmacies I had been using. I will continue to use their pharmacy even after the shortage ends because of how wonderful the experience has been.

This pharmacy is great and always has my prescriptions in stock, even those hard to find scripts-if they don’t they order it and have it by the next day. They have a great selection of natural products sold inside-Highly recommend!

They were able to fill my RX quickly when my usual pharmacy did not have my medication. One of the pharmacists even was able to deliver it to me since I'm so close since I work during their usual business hours. I am incredibly grateful!

If you're exhausted by chain pharmacies, Uptown Pharmacy & Wellness is a welcoming breath of fresh air! No long lines, excessive 'holds' when calling, just a relaxing environment and an amazing, caring pharmacist whose approach to care is "Any service that I can help with". The store is well stocked with a variety of awesome supplements (best CBD cream I've found) and wellness products from local small businesses. So nice to find Uptown! I’ve taken my two year old there for 2/3 vaccinations and a Covid test- Mazen is great with kids, friendly, helpful and knows what he’s doing.So nice to not be at a CVS or Walgreen’s where no one cares, helps or knows much.
