I went to this store based on all of the great reviews. I guess the people are nice enough so I understand that aspect of the reviews, but the quality of their knowledge and, therefore the service, is definitely one star. They gave me wrong information and never picked up the phone when I called during their business hours. They don't even have voicemail -- it just says to enter your access code or something after enough rings. Ironic for a phone store, wouldn't you say? Pleasant but incompetent service isn't what I want from a cellphone store. They should open up an ice cream shop instead. One scoop, of course.

Had a great experience at this store. Needed a new screen protector, and went here cause another store didn't have one. Sweta waited on me, cleaned my phone and case and installed the screen protector for me. So thankful. Sweta was so helpful. Can't say enough of how awesome the experience was today. Thanks Sweta.

Angel was incredibly helpful! Not only did he give me his recommendation for which phone I should upgrade to, but he also helped set it up. I’ve never worked with someone so detail oriented both with phone set up and with putting on a screen protector (no smudges)! Top notch service, and happy I came in to upgrade on a day where he was working

I came here the morning after I dropped my phone and completely messed up the display. Brandon was awesome! He helped me figure out the best option for me and the entire process was very smooth. Brandon is really chill and interesting to talk to, I would've stayed just for the conversation!

Going to a phone store is one of my least favorite experiences. I had such a mess with AT&T a couple of weeks ago trying to get a replacement phone for my invalid step-sister, I swore I would never set foot in a phone store again. So a coupe of days ago when my daughter wanted to use my upgrade and then I’d switch phones with her I could feel the panic beginning. We decided to ty the new Verizon store in SHOREWOOD. Brandon, the manager, is amazing. He is kind, patient, explains everything thoroughly and found the most economical way to do everything. We left with everything accomplished and I didn’t have a splitting headache. He even has calm music playing in the store and it almost felt “spa-like” ? I can highly recommend his store!! I’ve never had such individual attention and competence while doing a phone transaction. He’s the best!!!

I loved my customer service from a man named Chris! He helped me by my iPhone 11 in November & I haven’t had a problem yet! He was very nice and showered he cared about my experience! Go to him if you want good service.
