Went into the store around 5 PM on a Sunday. Went to purchase a few items and the cashier's both said that they could not break a $100 bill. Not having change for a $100 bill is ridiculous. I know because I worked At Walgreens that there is a safe in the office that has change so they were just being lazy and I'm very disappointed in the service. I will not be coming back for quite some time because this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Wasn't even able to walk out with the items that I needed so you lost a sale. I guess I'm better off going to Walmart because they have everything I need and they always have change.

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this Walgreens deserves it. on several occasions, I've gone into the store and there's no staff to help. they have "listed lunch hours" but usually they ignore those and go whenever they want, inconveniencing the customer. I know these are trying times, but figure it out.

If i could give zero stars i would. I've never been so disrespected as I have by the pharmacy staff here. Each time I've attempted to pick up my prescription the a**holes working this pharmacy are incredibly rude. They allowed me to be skipped in line by 10+ people because they were too lazy to figure out an "insurance issue". Two pharmacy techs laughed at me as I cried about not being able to get my prescription. I have never been so angry and upset by costumer service before in my entire life. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. Each time I've gone i've waited 30+ minutes for a simple f****** prescription that should cost me $6. Each time they try to tell me my insurance is inactive and i'll need to pay $60. I HATE THIS PHARMACY DO NOT GO THERE.

The store staff is always friendly and the pharmacy technicians hands down have provided me the best Walgreens pharmacy experience, out of any Walgreens in the area. Even when these folks are busy-- which is often these days with covid/flu vaccines and covid testing added to the pharmacy's list of services-- they maintain a professionalism that regularly includes a meaningful and accessible level of human engagement. Aka, they are the bomb dot com and I appreciate each and every one of them; so please just be kind, patient, and express some gd gratitude for their services. Thanks!

This is a terrible store. The cashier took forever to get my address and email address correct. Then he claimed that I only had $2 at most in my balance rewards account but after I got my receipt I saw that I actually had $4 so not only was he incompetent he also lied to me. When I called the store and asked to speak to the manager a woman claimed that she was the manager which I highly doubt. When I complained about the cashier she hung up on me. After this treatment I don't see why I shouldn't switch to a different pharmacy.

Be aware this Walgreens does not honor online vaccine appointments. I had one that was confirmed by email and text for Shingles and was turned away because it involved more paperwork and they too busy doing flu shots. Had a flu shot appointment too and was seen only as a first come first served basis.

Walgreen's is a great run in and run out store. I can always find what I am looking for and with great sale prices. All the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Very curt and condescending cashier (possibly manager). Young woman who certainly demonstrates no value for being accommodating to customers, or ensuring they are helped in a courteous way. I accompanied my friend who needed to use Western Union services. This young lady was the closeest associate, and seemed irritated when my friend asked where the western union was, as if we should have already known; the Western Union turned out to be a digital kiosk, which we had no idea of, as we'd never used a Western Union and had only ever seen brick and mortar locations. After using the kiosk, my friend had to complete the transaction with the help of this condescending associate. She was flippant throughout the interaction, unprofessional, and employed a horrible sense of appropriate customer service skills throughout. She displayed the same air of condescension with a perfectly pleasant woman who was picking up photos while my friEnd and I were at the nearby Western Union kiosk. Unfortunate.

Told me at 10am that they had a particular medication in stock and that they would fill the prescription in an hour. At 4:30, they discovered that they didn't have it when they finally got around to actually looking for it. Reason: they have a lot of customers. Wish I could say it was the first time. I had even called a couple times to check on it.

I have come here for years and never had issues until the last 4 months. Every time I call in a refill and go to pick it up there is always an problem. I called Sunday to pick up a refill for later that day. I never received confirmation it was filled so I called Monday morning and found it had never been filled. Finally spoke to a pharmacist who promised me it would be ready by 12:30. It’s after that time and guess what? It’s still not finished. In fact, they still haven’t filled the prescription. I was told it was going to be done tomorrow by 10. Unbelievable. I’m waiting now for 30 minutes for something that should have been done yesterday. I’m no longer bringing my business here. There’s always a lame excuse or someone passing the buck.

I've been coming here 8 yrs since moving to Shorewood. Although the store itself is great, the pharmacy has to start doing a better job. Last two visits through the drive through has been less than ok. Today was pretty much the day I've decided we may look at another pharmacy to go for our family needs. My autistic child stated he thought the female tech at the drive through was outright rude. I'll say it again, my son is autistic and noticed she didn't have the right demeanor or customer service. They always seemed backed up and overworked. You can do better Shorewood. We are not in the North side hood.
