If the inside pharmacy counter is shut down for whatever reason, you HAVE to allow pedestrians or non vehicles in the drive through. This is a walkable community and many don’t have cars. There is no safety issue, you’re just lazy.

I've been to a lot of different pharmacies in my 20years of chronic illness and this staff actually makes me feel cared about. I've noticed that they will go out of their way to help me. They don't let me down!

I know the pharmacy here always has a long line, and I also know it’s the best Walgreens pharmacy in the area. There is no other pharmacy that has such great service- they are patient, kind, understanding, and really go the extra mile for patients.
I especially appreciate Armando for all his care! They never forget a face, and that kind of care makes all the difference when you are going through something! Thank you!

Pharmacist's are not on the same page at all. Countless times I will call them and they tell me my prescription is ready for pick up, just to go in and have another pharmacist tell me that they are out of stock.

Have ever wished for a pharmacy that struggles with providing refills on time, correct staffing, a drive-through that rarely works, and staff so unfriendly that you would think they hate you? If so this Walgreens is for you. I wish I had something positive to say but this location is just horrible. Only giving it the second star because they do typically have things in stock for general merchandise. Not so much with medications.
Update: Jan 25.
Have you ever visited the most unhappy place on earth? It's in Shorewood, it's Walgreens. I can't justify a star for products when just walking inside makes me want to run for the hills.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to and they somehow keep getting my prescriptions sent here. They don’t even have a working drive thru. Also they’re ALWAYS out of stock of medicine.

This store is terrible. Not the entire store. But the pharmacy is awful. My prescription was scheduled for delivery of 1/17/23. I called several times about my prescription and was hung up on by pharmacy staff. Went into the store the pharmacy was closed. As of 1/23/23 I have yet to receive my meds. I will transfer my medication to a pharmacy with nicer staff. One of my prescriptions were cancelled by staff. I was told the doctor cancelled it. The dr stated this was not true and I needed the prescription. When She called into the pharmacy staff was rude to her.

Most staff are friendly, the other half are not at all. I've been to the pharmacy on two different accounts and I'm concern about the sanitary protocols taken by staff, or lack of. One time, this lady at the pharmacy sneezed into her hand and continued to touch other items behind the counter and prepare other ppls prescriptions. Another time I went and a lady in the pharmacy blew her nose and went straight to mix liquid antibiotics for a patient at the drive thru. That same visit as I was waiting for my prescription, the lady helping me took the prescription bottle out of my prescription bag and set the bag on the trash can as she was preparing my medicine. She needed to open the safety seal and used some random dirty item to break the seal. When she was done mixing, she grabbed the bag off the trash when she was done, and put my medication bottle back in and handed it to me. VERY DIRTY PHARMACY! Definitely passing germs/sickness onto customers medications. No gloves or hand sanitizers were used, just gross.
