I literally just left this location and I must say I will never return. I am a loyal Wells Fargo customer of 6+ years I have never experienced such I'm professionalism. The tellers were not friendly, They did not greet me, when serving me there was no no smile no nothing just bland she's just there you can honestly tell that she was just there for the day. I would never return to that location ever again

The lobby always seems to be closed, so I can’t access the atm

I am not an overall fan of Wells Fargo. This branch has the most diverse hiring practices I've seen in Milwaukee and I will continue to use it even though there are two branches closer to my home.

Hire tellers that are more professional. Every time I have to go inside this bank (I dread it), whoever works with me makes me uncomfortable. My first experience, a female teller looked at my work check and told me she didn't make a lot either doing what I do, so she picked up this job at WF. Very rude. Another time I went to deposit cash, the male teller started counting all the ones I brought in and said, "I'm not gonna ask what you do for a living". Again, excuse me? Another time, I knew exactly how much cash I had and the counting machine kept miscounting. The teller tried telling me that when I leave, hed recount it and if there is more money, he would put it back in my account. This particular branch is the worst and I'll be driving downtown instead.

After 20+ years a customer for both business and personal banking, we finally pulled the plug on WF. Dealing with the people at this branch finally drove us to it. Sadly, my last-ever experience with WF was okay. Anthony Graczyk actually seemed to care that we'd been so mistreated at his branch. And a teller named Manita couldn't have been nicer. Start to finish, we were done is less than 20 minutes. But hey ... customer service is also about consistency. And up till today, going into this branch to do anything (other than to use the lobby ATM) was slightly less pleasant than root canal therapy. So long, suckers.

I was frustrated to learn that the drive through on Capitol and the original location on Oakland were closed. However, after learning of the newer location on Oakland, I stopped by, received service right away, and was in and out in no time.

Wells Fargo is getting worse and worse. I have had so many issues with this branch that I am going to close my accounts and open new ones with Northshore Bank. It all started from when a teller withdrew money from the wrong account causing me to have fees that accumulated over a few months and it took multiple visits and many hours of my time wasted at the branch for them to fix it. These issues don't affect the employees because they are already there working and don't care that they wasted 5+ hours of your time. Management is lacking in building relations with major clients and are one of the reasons Wells Fargo is failing besides scamming new clients with opening unauthorized accounts and fees. The tellers are always changing and incompetent. Banking with them for over thirty years, they are going to lose a loyal customer. I suggest you steer clear away from this branch and choose another bank.

We've pretty much severed our ties with Wells Fargo because of our experience with this particular branch. But it still serves our purposes to keep two accounts open. So when I needed to perform the most basic of banking transactions today ... depositing a single paper check into our checking account ... I figured the Shorewood branch couldn't possibly screw that up. Based on all the other banking actions I've taken over these many years, I figured it'd take 30 seconds. Well, I was wrong. I ended up spending nearly 30 minutes waiting while someone named "Aida" made copies, called the check's issuer, and did who knows what else to, as she kept repeating, "protect the customer." As I pointed out to this clueless clerk several times, I was the customer in this deal. And nothing she was doing was about protecting me. It was all about protecting Wells Fargo. As I also repeated several times, if she was worried about the check not being good, all she needed to do was put a hold on it. We had no problem waiting to access the funds. But "Aida" didn't seem to even understand the concept. Long story short, I guess if I were a company like Wells Fargo that had made a regular practice of defrauding its own customers, I might think everyone else was a crook too. But I'm not a crook. And I have neither the time nor patience for such foolishness. so we're finally going to switch to another local bank or credit unit, and put an end, once and for all, to the 20-odd year business relationship we've had with Wells Fargo.

I have had multiple bad experiences in this Shorewood Wells Fargo branch but this last one left me so frustrated and angry, I was compelled to write my very first yelp review. I won't go into detail as to my attempted transaction, but suffice it to say no one in this branch seems to know what the heck they're doing. After I waited for nearly 30 minutes while several people tried to figure out what to do, they flat out refused to process my transaction. I left the place with steam coming out of my ears. I just returned from the Mequon branch, where the successful completion of my transaction took less than 5 minutes. I will never go into this Shorewood branch again, EVER!!
