I can pay my rent because of this bank and I was literally born into Wells Fargo from my dad working there for 20+ yrs. I don't have many complaints. The staff in this building are very nice and patient. Even when customers are impatient or rude.

Back in May the ATM shorted us $440. We did not pound on the machine, but called the number on the back of the debit card. They had us assured they would investigate. Two months later we got an email saying there was no machine error, practically calling us cheats or worse. When I called to complain asking for proof of their investigation they told me I better go file a police report claiming we were robbed by the ATM. Hell of a bank…

I literally just left this location and I must say I will never return. I am a loyal Wells Fargo customer of 6+ years I have never experienced such I'm professionalism. The tellers were not friendly, They did not greet me, when serving me there was no no smile no nothing just bland she's just there you can honestly tell that she was just there for the day. I would never return to that location ever again

Wells Fargo continues to heavily invest in fossil fuel projects like line 3 which hurt indigenous communities and greatly contribute to global climate change. There is no need for more fossil fuel investments when we have viable alternatives. Pope Francis reminds us to protect creation and do what we can to slow climate change. The Poor are the ones who will suffer the most by climate change and Wells Fargo is profiting off of this. We are praying that Wells Fargo follows the pathway laid for us all by Pope Francis.

Why is this branch still closed? Even schools are open now. This is a disservice to their clients. I am very disappointed and I will consider moving to a different bank as soon as possible.

Front lobby with atm is always littered with trash because they have never put a trash can in the lobby. One banker told me auto loan request was approved and told me to go buy the car before ever mentioning any of the loan terms like interest rate or term length. Been laughed at by tellers for withdrawing $50 in quarters To pay for laundry. If Wells Fargo is going to charge for services like they’re a high end bank, they should start providing high end customer service.

This location took 30 minutes to print temporary checks off of my business account! Making me late for an appointment!! There were 6 people in line and the teller Shantale moved with ZERO sense of urgency. I am so upset and I will no longer be frequenting this location!!! I am livid!!!

I am not an overall fan of Wells Fargo. This branch has the most diverse hiring practices I've seen in Milwaukee and I will continue to use it even though there are two branches closer to my home.

Hire tellers that are more professional. Every time I have to go inside this bank (I dread it), whoever works with me makes me uncomfortable. My first experience, a female teller looked at my work check and told me she didn't make a lot either doing what I do, so she picked up this job at WF. Very rude. Another time I went to deposit cash, the male teller started counting all the ones I brought in and said, "I'm not gonna ask what you do for a living". Again, excuse me? Another time, I knew exactly how much cash I had and the counting machine kept miscounting. The teller tried telling me that when I leave, hed recount it and if there is more money, he would put it back in my account. This particular branch is the worst and I'll be driving downtown instead.
