I have been banking with Community bank since October of 2004. Never have I had a bad experience of any kind. I really enjoy the many benefits of having a business relationship with a family owned bank. The tech is easy to use and works great. The Gerber family and employees absolutely care about doing right by their customers!

Hey let me cash the personal check that was signed to me so I can't say much about the place although sounds like they do have money to cash my check so if did you know you don't like them you let somebody know and they'll take care of it

THIS BANK SUPPORTS BULLIES!!! I am extremely frustrated and upset with the way i was treated in the siren community bank location. If i could i would give this bank 0?'s,(ZERO STARS) The cashier was rude, and mean, the way she talked to me was degrading. The worst customer service ive ever had my whole life!!! Her attutude right away was unpleasant. I simply went up to siren to cash my check. so i can pay my bills. The cashier states, "This not a check cashing business." I stated "I know this is a bank." She said, "i have too make a deposit?" I stated, "i cant today, I need too pay bills." She again sharply stating, "This is not a check cashing place." loudly reveleing personal information, in the most degrading tone. Truly an awful experience. She BULLIED me into closing my account. Truly unbelievable, Im so appalled. I even reported this experience to the manager of the bank and the owner of the bank and nothing has been done too resolve the issue. I still have a closed account and she still has a job. They must not care how (you) as a customer are treated in their bank..

The people are fantastic and very helpful. The online banking is unusable. 90% of the time they are having "technical difficulties" and a person cannot be logged on. If you do most of you banking online you will be doing no banking at all. Even the employees cannot access and assist without having to do a deep dive to figure out what is wrong. The bank itself gets zero stars, but employees are great. Nevertheless, I need to be able to do banking online so will be changing banks to one that has updated technology. I do not recommend this bank unless you can ALWAYS go in person.
