I love this store but the employee, Cory, has the absolute WORST customer service ive ever encountered! Im not saying anything bad about the store or any of the other employees, i just want to put out there that Cory, i think he is the manager, is horrible. I would wait forever to be served by anyone else but him.

After returning a tool rental charges back to the card I used was not charged back to my bank. I was told before renting the toll that it would be put back on my card right away. It has been almost 2 days now. So don't use a card at O'Reilly's

Staff is friendly and helpful at finding specific items such as a specific paint that glovebox code didn't provide. Also If they were unsure about something, they would say it instead of pretending they knew. Overall not a bad place, except the prices are pretty bad

Employee was incredibly condescending and rude! Walked in to ask if they do battery testing, employee looked at my vehicle for a long time, then looked at me and said, "Well yes if you pop the hood".I went outside to pop the hood, then went to the hatch to get the hood holder stick, as it broke off. The employee was watching me the whole time and when I went back to the hood to hold it open for him, he came outside and just stared at me holding it open for several seconds before saying something about missing the hood holder stick.After hooking up the battery and waiting several minutes for the reading to come up, the screen just said "bad battery". He didn't tell me this, only showed me the screen. He acted like talking to me, a female customer was a HUGE inconvenience. I asked if he could quote me the price for a new battery and we went inside. He wrote down my license plate number (not sure what he needed that for) and then when repeating the make and model of my mini van, he said it wilth a bit of distain. When he quoted me the price, I asked what the brand was, to which he just pointed at a poster on the wall.I have NEVER been treated so rudely before!!! Ladies, save your dignity and shop where they are not going to look at you less for being a woman!
