Top notch customer service…salt of the earth folks. My dad frequented their old shop/shot video archery 30+ years ago when they were located in the Slinger strip mall area.
Anyways, I couldn’t be happier I went here over the other shop in the area. Thanks Jeremy, looking forward to the future with y’all as my home shop

Brought my Diamond bow by that I got set up at Cabela's a few years ago because I suspected the arrows were not properly matched to the draw weight and the draw was not what it should be. He quickly verified my suspicions and adjusted the bow to my spec. I found it refreshing that he wasn't trying to hard sell me anything, but patiently answered all my questions. I ended up buying a dozen arrows appropriate for the new draw weight and he had them cut and setup in a few minutes. Excellent shop that puts the customer first.

Jeep is very helpful and is always in a great mood. Won’t push to over sell you anything and will take the time to not only get into the bow that fits you and your budget, but also techniques to help with shooting and target panic. I’ve been going to him when he use to run bittercreek. He’s been doing this for a very long time and has the experience.

This was the best service in my 30 years of bow hunting. I purchased my Hoyt 5 years ago from him per his recommendation. Today I took it in and we tuned it to shoot perfect arrow flight. Awesome service. Thanks Jeremy.

I just left the store after experiencing the most rude approach / greeting ever. I came in to get some arrows fletched. The owner looked at me and said "did you buy them from me?" I replied "no" and he responded with "then I won't do them'"Wow, he was quick to turn me away; never considering that I might need something else...like a case and some other accessories. I'm new to archery and I thought this would be my "go to" place for the future as I grow into the sport. Not anymore. If you want to be treated decently go someplace else. I've already told two friends and will continue to share my experience.

This guy gets it and will go above and beyond for service. Sometimes doesn’t even charge for minor stuff, just says “stop back when you need to buy something” which I always do now. Have yet to buy a bow from him, but I know when the time comes, I won’t be looking anywhere else. Does exceptional work. I’ve been coming here a few years now maybe twice a season to get minor tune ups, broad heads, arrows and such and the guy truly cares about you and your best interests and not just trying to sell you stuff. 10/10 recommend
