“Can't speak about service or Ambiance, but their meats are featured at the Stout family farm, Hubertus and are the best I've tasted as a home cook. Whole meat cuts have the best marbling. Ground meats blended just right and the poultry is top notch. Can't wait to make the pilgrimage to their store. 4 star is only cause I haven't been in their store.”

“My colleague has been coming here for years and thought I would like it. He was right! I brought the jerky, sausages, and beacon. What I really wanted to buy is their cheese, especially the aged cheddar. I mean we are in Wisconsin. But since I was traveling, that's not possible. For the small shop they do have a lot of meat and cheese selections. They also sell local ancient artifacts like, rock arrows. I love places like this, family owned, local specialty shop that make good quality products. The price is fair. If you are in the areas, I highly recommend dropping in!”
