“I cant believe I didn’t know this place was only a half mile from me! I was showing my horse at the capital challenge horse show in Ohio and I went into their mobile unit to get a nameplate put on my new bridle. When they saw my phone number was from Wisconsin, they then told me that’s where their physical store was!Whether it’s engraving and attaching plates or getting monograms put on various items, the results are always beautiful. The staff is a pleasure to work with. Love everything about this business!”

“I came in for one item. But it was out of stock and it won't be in for quite a while.. The sale price i saw will no longer be good. The woman that helped me was super friendly. Very informative, took the time to help me out with everything. Unfortunately I don't know her name. I ended up buying xmas pet beds and some clearance cat food bags. The only rhing I was really disappointed in was that the store cannot honor the online coupon if you spend x amount of dollars and you get 10 or 20 dollars off.. It's disappointing that you have to order online and pick it up in the store. I'm in the store, Can't I get the discount? I know it's not the stores fault but it really is upsetting...”
