“My dad and I started our day heading to Hudson Fleet Farm for some black Friday deals and had very specific ideas in mind as far as what was on sale. We arrive and are quickly told that their systems had been down since yesterday so the best they could do was take our names and call when the system was functional. Decided to head home and I should have mentioned we are from the Osceola area so Hudson was about 50 minute drive as opposed to fifteen to Star Prairie. As were heading back towards home I mentioned maybe checking out Russel's and we're undecided, ultimately decided why not were already out and about. What a great decision that turned out to be, we were assisted by the owner Rick and I couldn't be happier with our service here, answered any question I might have had and we ended up both making purchases and were hooked up with pretty great deals from Rick. I've officially decided this will be the shop that has my business unless they have something very specific they cannot get. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. I have been in here many times and always have terrific experiences.
10/5 stars for sure. Highly recommended to bring your business here as far as I'm concerned.
