Most days they have good customer service and great rapport with customers but other days some employees have crappy customer service and are extremely rude. Trying to have a good Thanksgiving and one employee was extremely rude and couldn't handle small talk.

I enjoy stopping into Kwik Trip just about every time because no matter what I'm there for, I always end up getting more goodies than I need. It's easy to do with the good buys that they have. It's usually all the stuff I don't need but give in to the guilty temptations because of the good prices. They usually have plenty of things in stock so there's no disappointment there. The workers are friendly and helpful and that's another good reason I stop in. It's so much nicer when I'm treated so well. They have a great assortment of goods so everyone can find something.

The kid last night deserves a raise. You were extremely short staffed to be so close to a venue with a concert that night. There was no hot food. The place was packed. The young gentleman at the cashier was the only one checking people out. There was at least 40 people in line and he smiled the whole time and was polite and kind to everyone and got people through as quickly as possible. Eventually another young boy came out and filled some hot food and hopped on the register. Please get them more help next time 🙏

Pretty upset that I went through the soft touch carwash and my car came out scratched I'm now being told I need to submit an estimate and then they will review their information from computers and cameras yet again but with the estimate present and they will make a decision. So if the price isn't right for them they will deny my claim. Such b.s. and at first I was offered a gift card. And when I say scratches I don't mean clear coat scratches. Such bad business on their part. I have a guft cars with 9 washes left and I want to throw it out.

Never been a fan of their politics, but I appreciate that Kwik Trip is one of the most reliable gas stations around. That’s why when my car broke down I managed to get it to the station to await a tow. Nearly 20 hours later, I’m still waiting for a tow and needed to use the restroom. They wouldn’t let me in because their power was out. I would’ve hoped they would understand my situation but they were not very compassionate.
