Blair was great everything was ready as promised when we picked up the boat. I fished a couple days later and one of the seats broke. Blair got right on the problem and ordered a new one. It’s came in less than a week and the guys took care of it immediately. Then there was a glitch with the cabela’s gift card and Blair went to work on it again for some reason the dealership had to eat the $500 gift card but they followed through with that right away. I would recommend St. Croix Power and Marine to anyone!!! Thanks guys!!

I bought a 1996 Boston Whaler 13 Dauntless from St Croix Marine and Power over 14 Months ago and Ryan the part owner has yet send me my boat registration for it. It gets better. The 1997 Honda BF40 control arm lock nut came off while pulling in to the slip at a dock which would of killed my pregnant wife and our 3 year old daughter if we were up on plane whilst boating on Lake Anna. The control arm rubbed against the stern of the boat which is why the lock nut came off. Also a boat mechanic told me that outboard wasn’t made to fit this boat so I had to pay to have him carve out a notch in the stern. Don’t buy a boat from Ryan!!!

I have been waiting 15 months for the parts I should have received when I purchased the boat. They don't return calls or respond to emails. Would never purchase from them again. This had nothing to do with covid. These are things that should have been in the boat when it was delivered. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

We inquired online about a used pontoon they had for sale . They stated that someone would get back to me. Two days later we had not heard anything so we inquired online again. Nothing. So we went over there and apparently no one has time for helping customers. We asked at the parts desk about the pontoon and were told it had just been sold. I told him nobody had ever gotten back to us and no answer, he just went back to his computer. Needless to say probably the worst customer service we have run into anywhere. There is no chance we would buy anything from them. We were also interested in a new side by side. I guess they make enough money they don't need to make sales. Never going back. There are plenty of other dealers around here.

Found a boat online, contacted dealer late that night via email and we were going back and forth. Morning came decided to head to dealer to check out the boat. Walked in the dealership and there were a few customers there and it was busy. 2 employees working on a Saturday.. after 35 min we got to talk to an employee. They walked us outside pointed to where the boat was and said they’ll be right back out. Waited 40 min outside before saying heck with it. Walked back inside the building to find the employees sitting in a circle drinking coffee and gossiping with locals. As I left in disgust the employee wished me a good day. I had a cashiers check in hand to buy a boat. Let’s say Frankies Live Bait and Marine in Chisago City MN got my business that day. They sold a brand new boat!!! I do not recommend St. Croix Triton at all.
