They require too much of a security deposit you can literally buy a car with the money they are requesting 4000 bucks for a security deposit for first time renters not including the 1000 for rent and 1500 is needed to take it offline to secure the place this is an apartment yeah go to hell respectfully

Make sure to take video and pictures when you move out - they always try to keep the full security deposit and charge your lots of nonsense. TAKE THOSE VIDEOS!
