“We've been w/ PFCU for over 20 yrs simply because of the fact that they always work well for us. We've never had any major issues w/ them and they've always helped w/ any minor ones we may have incurred ( which were very few in our long time w/ them). I don't care for the fact that we can't make principal-only payments on our loans online. It is what it is , I guess. We are going to stay w/ PFCU for as as we continue to receive the GR8 treatment and service we've received these last 2 decades. Hopefully, many more years to come. We are very satisfied customers.”
“Credit unions are much better than the big evil corporate banks. I want to remind everyone, the big three banks that control 80% of all North American banking tanked our economy in 2008 and recovered from taxpayer bailouts, then increased fees from us for bloated executive salaries and bonuses. Credit unions are better for local communities, our economy, and your finances. And UW Credit Union is one of the better credit unions. As the Christian holidays approach, now might be a good time to review how credit unions and savings and loans work by watch "It's a Wonderful Life." Then open up an account here. I refinanced my student loan here and there's now a chance I might pay it off by the time I die. I have a savings and checking account, and this location in particular is comfortable, spacious, friendly, and the workers are funny and sincere. No scripted nonsense and no one has ever annoyed me by saying "have a nice rest of your day." I really hate that. Easy parking.”

When you need a loan it's not the best situation but Gail alone has made every process of this situation hasslefree and she also gave me that comfortable home feeling. “Fast service, nice staff, not ghetto, they all personal know me by name, I'm in and out..unless if it's the first of the month or early in the morning it's a slow wait..but otherwise it's a good bank. All ya need to keep a savings account is only $5, which is better and easier than having to keep a minimum of $100!!! I definitely recommend this to anyone!!!”

“I have banked here for years, they are very helpful. I have my mortgage, car loan, checking and savings. I use the outside drive due to physical trouble with walking. No one is perfect, but it's a lot better than the bigger banks that have service charges for everything!”

“I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews, I’ve been doing business with Landmark for about 11 years and I’ve never had any issues with them, in fact I just closed my bank accounts at a different bank and made Landmark my only bank. Michele, The teller who deposited my money, even recommended alternatives to a basic savings account. Also, with all the improvements they made, banking here just got better! I would obviously weigh out your options, but don’t be put off by the bad reviews!”
