“I was so grateful to have found Rozga Funeral Home. They were so kind, communicative and very professional.
My family member passed away in Wisconsin and we are in California. He was far away from us and we were dealing with another family member’s death at the moment. I spoke to Sarah when I called Rozga for information, I explained our situation and immediately she showed so much kindness and empathy. Always returned my calls promptly, was giving me updates and answered all of my many questions.
Victoria was in charge of coordinating my family member’s arrival in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Everything went as planned and no question went unanswered, ever. They were both there from beginning to end showing the same kindness and empathy throughout. Even checking in on us after everything concluded, that shows you the level of care they provided. Just amazing human beings!
