The atmosphere was the best part and this is in a Walmart. The menu says sliced avocados it looks like baby food ? not the lady's fault.The produce was gross and past it's prime.None of the ingredients were spread out at all.The worst though was the customer service. She clearly didn't speak English and was mumbling and grunting at us. I'm also fairly sure she over charged us, but I had to get to the airport.

Two times subway didn't include the cookie I ordered. The phone number listed apparently is not correct as nobody answers the phone.

Its been awhile since we went here , ordered online for pick up and asked for toasted, no tomatoes and our sandwiches look like someone was having a bad day . Also 2 were a cold cut combo, we got upgraded bologna sandwiches. Will go back to the one on Whitnall , used to like going threw this one because was closer ..

If you want horrible service and rude attitudes, this is the Subway for you! I came to this location over a week ago for sandwiches and sidekicks and was told they didn't have any of the sidekicks, that the warehouse was out. No biggie. They're a new novelty, so it happens. Today (2-20-24 around 11:30am) I did some shopping at Walmart, not expecting to stop at Subway, but I thought I'd ask if they had the sidekicks in, and they did! I asked for a pretzel and cookie and was told to get in line behind people who hadn't decided on what sandwiches they wanted. I stood behind them, and I asked them if they would mind if I went in front of them because I wasn't getting sandwiches this time, and they said sure. There was another young woman working who began making the sandwiches for this couple. I placed my order with the EXTREMELY rude young woman who then asked the couple if they wanted sidekicks and "what do you want", to which the customer said, "Sure, she'd like a churro." I then waited while this worker did everything but the pretzel and cookie I ordered, including making the churro. She cleaned up and walked around. I decided to go spend my money some place else and left. I can see why the reviews for this location are so bad. There are many other places to spend your money. Go to the Cousins on Layton or the Subway location on Whitnall.

Please do not go here for a subway order. I ordered a “ chicken teriyaki” sub. They gave me dry bread, dry chicken, no sauce and an overload of lettuce. It was gross. Don’t go to the franchises. Waste of money. ?

Online order. Got the correct ingredients on the subs. Bread was bright white and neither sub was toasted despite asking for both. Forgot one of three items with no customers in the restaurant. Worker had both Airpods in and took a few minutes to come out. I've gotten food here before but it's never been this level of poor quality and service.

I like a "little" extra mayo, so I asked "more". Be careful what you ask for. (my mistake) I got more and then some. Since there are different thoughts of what extra means, I will definitely go without any mayo and ask for a side cup and add it myself. I did the BOGO subs to take one home to my daughter after work and even though I didn't ask for extra mayo on her sub, it looks like there's a lot on the sub without even unwrapping it. Needless to say the positives; my subs were topped high with crisp fresh vegetables. I've never had a real issue with this Subway and the employees have always been nice.
