“It was pouring rain off and on and the kind gentleman never once made me feel bad. He wanted to make sure I was safe and had me get in his truck while he loaded up my car. The entire time he was so kind and given the pouring rain, the awful humidity and the early morning, he could have been unpleasant and he was not at all!! I would 100% recommend these guys!!! Thank you for taking such good care of me and getting my tire changed!!!”

“Gabe is the man. He’s extremely knowledgeable, kind and very passionate. I highly, highly recommend stopping here for any reason at all before shopping elsewhere for your auto needs. We stopped here because of a flat tire halfway through a road trip, he was able to remove the tire and diagnose it extremely quickly. Its clear that this shop is capable of nearly anything you may require. Thanks to Gabe, we are back on the road and at a fraction of the cost we were quoted elsewhere.”

“My plans had changed when I was on my way home and had car issues while in Sparta. I called several repair shops within the neighboring cities (within a 50 mile radius) I didn't feel comfortable with the phone manner of these out of town shops. However, when I had called West Central Auto LLC., the exceptional service began right away, over the phone! I felt comfortable bringing my car in and received HONEST, COMPETENT, TIME-EFFICIENT, FAIRLY-PRICED work. Although I live out of state (South Dakota); based on the superior service that I had received, I will go out of my way to bring my car to this shop for planned routine maintenance and any major work that my car needs. Thank you ALL!!! I am going to keep West Central Auto LLC around for the long-haul!”

Prices were so reasonable and affordable. Most important!! An all around great guy! 100% there really are good people out there. Recommend 1000 time! And not sure if I'll ever go anywhere else.”

“We were on a road trip with kids and a dog when our van began making a weird noise on the interstate. We called around and he was the only guy willing to squeeze us in and take a look. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes and we were once again on our way. Super nice guy! We will make the drive from La Crosse to give him our business in the future.”

“Really nice people to work with! My daughter had a collision I brought it there and it would have cost more to repair than the car was worth. They spent quite a bit of time with us and had a technician come out and put the car back together enough so she could drive it safely and with no cost to her. I have had other work done there as well and they have always done a great job and had a smooth transaction with insurance.”

“The salesman we made our deal with was very accommodating, even staying after hours so we could get a test drive in. After the sale the salesman also went above and beyond to sync my phone to the vehicle as well as explaining all the functions on the truck. Very happy with the customer service at Sparta Brenengen!”

“I had been calling shops in the area, and nobody seems to carry 225 55 R19 size tires. I called Mr.Tire and they actually did have 4 tires that size! I was surprised because everywhere else would have to order them. I went there and snagged them up. Great guys, quick and friendly service. I will definitely be calling them if I have any more tire issues in the future.”
