“They did a spray in Bed liner on my 2024 jeep gladiator it was nothing but top notch professionalism from this shop even having to remove the rack system from my truck and put it back on for a small fee of 60 dollars which is incredibly cheap compared to other shops. The Bed liner was only $559 which is the lowest spray in bed liner charge I’ve seen it’s honestly comparable to line x high end line of bed line. 10/10 call this shop to get work done. I will be using them for all future modifications made to my jeep.”

“Jason at Total Recon did an amazing job on my car. I had a dent with a crease that was really bothering me, and he got it looking like it never even happened. He took his time, paid attention to the details, and the quality of the work really shows. He also touched up a few paint chips with custom matched paint and they blended in extremely well. Super happy with how everything turned out. Great experience from start to finish and I’d highly recommend Total Recon.”
“Needed repairs to slide out on 2016 5th wheel.They fixed some of the problem, but something still wasn’t right so took it back in. They found and fixed these additional mysterious issues very timely and solved the problem!
When I went to pay for their additional time was told “no charge” as they felt they should have found it the first time. That’s GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE as they stand behind their work.

“The crew at this location was fabulous. My truck was towed in at 5:00pm on a Friday afternoon with a couple of difficult problems. I was under a reefer load and only had 1/2 a tank of fuel or better. Monday or Tuesday was out of the question, but probably the best that they were going to be able to do for me and the stress level was very high. Parts had to come from Chicago and Madison. This crew did what they had to do in order for me to get back on the road around 1:00pm or so on Saturday afternoon. I was able to reschedule my appt. for that Saturday night and able to be unloaded. I tip my hat to Kyle the parts manager, his teammate Brandon, Emory and Zach the technicians that worked on my truck that Saturday. Without their knowledge and experience things would have been much, much worse. Thank you all for what you did for me. Kriete in Lacrosse, you have a great team working for you, be proud of the work that they do for you!!!”
