Andrew did not tell me he was going to text me about the work on my vehicle when I was sitting right in The building. I told him I would be there waiting. I did not understand why the process was different. I did see other customers have the service technologists come up to them and tell them what was going on while I was sitting there waiting to know what to do. I was told I needed $200 to be given to them in order to change bolts to rotate my tires even though I had a coupon for several years for the works. I do not understand this. They said they also could not check my brakes because I did not get the bolts replaced. I have never had this problem in the past. Coupons for the works should not be mailed out if they do not honor them.
