“Such a comfortable space and people are peaceful, allowing you to workout without interruption. The equipment is top notch. I mainly use the treadmill, which runs smoothly and has a video screen with famous hiking trails around the world.”

“Super friendly staff and plenty of equipment for the serious gym goer or the casual one. Never had to weight for equipment especially for a treadmill or stairclimber. Been to a few different duty stations now and u have to say this is the best gym out there. They did a great job renovating”

“I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up for Eupraxia Sparta - it has been exhausting but great! Everyday is a different workout to keep your muscles (and mind) challenged. I'm not a morning person but I look forward to getting up early and going to Eupraxia. My sleep has improved, I have more energy to get through my day, and my mental health has improved. The trainers are fantastic and other members also help encourage and motivate. The workouts can be adjusted to make them more or less challenging based on your level, so everyone can do it! Plus with the nutritional knowledge from the 6 week challenge I am eating way healthier and managed to give up my soda addiction! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their health and life!”
