Even though I had a little bit of a disagreement and my job went a little rough they dug into what really happened and did more than I had originally asked for. That is the definition of good service. A company can’t cover everything that goes on at once so in my book, you turn a one star into five if you are willing to take the time and look into it. A business hires people with the best intentions but cannot control everything their employees do at all times. It was an honest mistake by the yard and I had no problem with that. How I was treated at the desk was on the employee not the company and the company looked into it and made it right. Thank you All American I will continue using your business with confidence.”
